[2025 Bangkok Stay] Travel Guide for VST Punnawithi (Updated Apr)

#hotelreview Back at Bangkok again! And for this time we decided to stay at VST Punnawithi. Location-wise it is further out from the city centre (SIAM area) which will be around 20 mins. travel time via the BTS sky train (for 62 baht). 📍But the location isn’t totally isolated, there’s a 7-11 convenience store nearby (around 5 mins walk) and massage places aswell. There’s also a 24-hr coin operated washing machine near the corner (25mins washing, and 25 mins drying! Very convenient at around 120 baht) 🥡Restaurants and street stall foods can be found too along the road to the BTS skytrain station. There is also a mall within a 15 min walk. 🍵On the ground floor of the hotel, the Gym and a very aesthetic matcha café can be found. 🚘They also have a parking lot for those who come with a vehicle. 🛏️The rooms you can choose from is one with a queen-size bed, 2 single beds and a king-size bed. Inside the room they provide a full size refrigerator, a small sink and lots of cabinets and shelves for storages. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. #Thailand #Bangkok #Hotel

📍Nita.bakeandbrew cafe Today, we will take you to try green tea at Nita.bakeandbrew cafe in Sukhumvit 101, Soi Punnawithi 11. Inside the shop, cement is used alternating with warm yellow wood. Wooden tables and chairs are used. The counter area is curved, adding more cuteness to the cafe. When we went, it was near Christmas, so the shop was decorated in a Christmas theme. It looked cute and sweet. 🥤Today, I had Fukuoka latte for 160฿. 🚙There is parking near the shop. Ittha means pleasant. 📍Ittha Boutique Cafe The shop is located in Soi Punnawitthi 33, Phra Khanong District. ✨The interior of the shop uses exposed concrete in a loft style and bricks, giving it a classic feel. There are 2 floors of seating. ✨The ground floor has many seating areas, such as sofas, double tables, and coffee tables, which is a fairly open area because the ceiling is as high as the 2nd floor and receives light from the windows. This corner is quite comfortable for working. ✨ You can go up to the 2nd floor by elevator or by spiral staircase. This spiral staircase is another beautiful photo spot. ✨ The 2nd floor has seating both outside and in the meeting room, which is quieter and more peaceful. #weekendgetaways During our weekend stay at Bangkok, we stayed at the VST Punnawithi hotel which is located around BTS Punnawithi station. And on the ground floor, facing roadside is a charming café called nita. They mainly served matcha-based drinks and sweets. They have 3 different blends of matcha; shizuoka, uji and fukuoka. They also have other drinks that’s not matcha like, coffee, cocoa and soda. For the food, they have buns, toast and cakes. I especially like their two-tone basque cheesecake. As it’s located on a residential area away from the main road, the café is cozy and perfect for reading or just a quiet break. P.S. I think matcha latte with ice cream is a good match!
