Usually, there are no stalls in front of the square, so it's a bit dreary, but there are Christmas decorations and stalls in front of the square, so it actually feels warm ✅There's also the city hall and the free-to-view Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery nearby. #EuropeanTravel

Birmingham is The best example of mixed architecture and it felt strange walking around because there was so much to see 🚣‍♂️ - The canals reminded me of Amsterdam with great restaurants 🏛 - the Library reminded me of Berlin. with a huge square similar to major European cities 🚃- The trams reminded me of Austria or Hungary, with great shopping along the way. 🇬🇧 - And finally the downotown area was reminiscen#templeblessed of old British style buildings you would find in London. #brightontrip The Lanes: These alleyways are filled with independent shops and boutiques where you can find many adorable items. 🦐Culinary List: The Regency Restaurant Offering fresh seafood feasts, including traditional fish and chips. Metrodeco A vintage-style English afternoon tea experience. The Chilli Pickle for Indian cuisine Giggling Squid for Thai cuisine. Giggling squid Highly recommended! It is the best Thai food I have eaten in the UK so far! ! ! Roti with special curry (the one marked in red on the recipe, with cashews) is amazing! I ordered another portion of roti halfway through the meal

#birminghamtrip The fountain at Victoria Square is beautiful and great for photos~ It's nicknamed "Little Rome" 😂. The nearby museum and art gallery don't allow dogs inside, but taking photos outside is still lovely. There's a huge TK Maxx and a shopping center beside the railway station, but neither allows dogs inside! Not even service dogs, so we had to have a friend wait outside.

#Overseas travel Last week, I traveled to Birmingham, England for 3 days. Although it is less well-known than London, Birmingham is a city where modern charm and tradition coexist, and it was a better travel destination than I expected. 1. Travel preparation Birmingham is a short distance from London, about 1 hour and 30 minutes by train, so transportation is convenient. Since the weather in England is unpredictable, I made sure to bring an umbrella and light outerwear. 2. Major tourist attractions The Bullring & Grand Central This is Birmingham's representative shopping mall, and its unique architecture was impressive. There were various brands and restaurants, so I was able to do shopping and dining in one place. Canals Birmingham is one of the cities in England with the most developed canals, so I was able to walk around the canals or enjoy a boat tour. The romantic atmosphere was especially enhanced in the evening when the lights were added. Victoria Square The square around the city hall is surrounded by magnificent buildings and is great for visiting markets and events that are often held. I heard that the Christmas market is especially nice in the winter. Cadbury World This is where the headquarters of Cadbury, famous for its chocolate, is located. You can see the chocolate making process and taste various chocolates. It is also a perfect place to visit with children. Birmingham was a city that was more attractive and diverse than I expected. You can enjoy shopping, food, culture, and a relaxed atmosphere, so I want to visit again. Shakespeare's Birthplace Stratford-upon-Avon, a town on the banks of the River Avon, 180 kilometers west of London, is the birthplace and death place of the playwright Shakespeare. Walking into this old house, you see furniture arranged exactly as it was during Shakespeare's life, with beautifully painted walls. Shakespeare was born upstairs here, and he spent his childhood and adolescence in this place. The house displays Shakespeare's handwriting, coins of the time, and IOUs from friends who borrowed money from Shakespeare, among other items. 2. Victoria Square Victoria Square is the heart of Birmingham city center, not very large and easy to find.
