I booked the hotel through Trip.com and did leave some message which I requested the hotel to help some simple birthday decorations in the room if can… Surprisingly, they did it and we felt warm and touched when we opened the door. Thank you so much VE Hotel & Residence in helping to deco the room and we have a unforgettable stay experience with VE :) The room is spacious and very comfortable. We had a wonderful 3d2n stay at this brand new hotel in town, VE Hotel and Residence. The room was clean, organized and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was amazing, the hotel even connected to a mall, Nexus so finding a supper at night is never a problem. Should try Streat Thai eatery there, worth every penny. Also near to Bangsar South, easy access to KL city centre, the building was beautifully decorated in conjunction with Chinese New Year, the swimming pool is clean, smooth check in and check out process.#deliciousfood #yearofrabbit #

Not a pleasant experience staying here. Overall was dirty and the floor is sticky. Toilet is dirty as well, room is small Price is ok and location is convenient.

#meetkualalumpur We stayed at the VE hotel & Residence, it is a wonderful hidden gem of Bangsar South. Modern looking hotel apartment unit while it's still quite new. We impressed with the customer service at reception, he is kind and courteous and was very helpful in providing us with the necessary information as we checked in with our parents. The unit included two bedrooms which came with kitchen, oven, washing machine and dryer. Our parents truly enjoyed their stay. It is truly great value for money.

I was staying at VE Hotel & Residence on Friday night after I got it under Flash Deal for only RM130 per night. The hotel has a linked bridge to The Sphere and Nexus Bangsar South shopping centers. It was also nearby KL Gateway shopping center as well. I like the swimming pool and it's view, the gym and also there's sauna as well. The hotel also provides services like it's own hotel website where u can watch some movies selections listed in the site. I loved the foods served for breakfast as well and there was a deal when I check in which is only RM42 per pax. #100waysoftravel

This hotel is surrounding with office towers, convenient stores, hospital, food and beverage even bars! If you are staying here, can literally do not have to worried about anything. The hotel is located at the bustling Bangsar area, love that there is plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, walkable distance. Check in was pretty seamless and fast, staffs were well trained and friendly. The room was spacious with a working desk and a bedside table. The bed was comfortable and cozy with both firm and soft pillows provided. Love that the toilet and bathroom was separated. The transparent windows of the room is huge, allowing ample flow of natural lighting into the room. Would love to revisit again!

this place is really luxury. they have a bath tub which i really want. connected to KL gateway mall, really convenient. the elevator is a little confusing to use but thats okey. the management for airbnb is overall well set up. would recommend 7~8 ppl stay for a few days. the pool is really good. is large and very very comfortable to swim in it. dint visit the gym room tho. but it looks nice from outside. would want to go back again. The convenience of accessing the Universiti station, coupled with the rarity of traffic jams compared to the town center, made it an attractive choice. However, the experience had its highs and lows. Situated near Mid Valley, the hotel offers easy access to the Universiti station, an 8-minute walk uphill. The surrounding area boasts a few dining options, and the lobby features a bakery with a commendable sugared donut. While the lobby's cleanliness and brightness were inviting, the reception staff left much to be desired. Their snobbish attitude and inability to assist with directions created a less-than-ideal start to the stay. Bright and clean, the room resembled the lobby. Despite a few stains and molds in the toilet, the room was generally well-maintained. Basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, and shower caps were provided. The bed proved comfortable, offering a good night's rest after a day of exploration. One notable issue was a clogged shower drain, which led to a flooding incident on the second night. Although reported to the hotel, the resolution involved staff armed with towels and window wipers. While some areas remained flooded, fatigue deterred further confrontation. The hotel features a sheltered pool for enjoyment in any weather and provides access to a steam room. However, the steam room requires manual activation, resulting in a 10-15 minute wait for it to heat up. VE Hotel & Residence offers a decent stay, marred by a mix of comfort and challenges. Despite the positive aspects, the snobbish reception staff and maintenance issues make me lean toward returning to my trusted, well-known hotels for a more consistent and pleasant experience in the future. #kualalumpur
