Nikko Mori
Nikko Moriyama Shrine is a shrine standing in the mountain of Nikko City, Tochigi Prefecture, Japan. The official name is the second mountain shrine (). However, in order to communicate with the second idyllic mountain community in Utsunomiya City, the name of the place is often added, which is called "Nikko Ekiyama Shrine".
This shrine was founded in the first year of the Shenhuo Jingyun (767). The style of the shrine's architectural structure is the right-made style of stone-based wooden structure. The main worship of the gods is the three mountain gods of Nikko: Dajigui, Tianxinji, and Miyoshi Gaoyan, collectively known as the Great God of the Second Mountain (the sacred god was given to the "Five Five" in 836, and in 869 Was given to the "two ranks" of God.) Because the shrine is adjacent to the Toshogu Shrine, and is also located in the foothills of Nikko Lianshan, according to the "local slogan" derived from the fusion of Japanese Shintoism and Buddhism, the mountain god of the Mt. "Everything is expensive," also stands for "Avalokitesvara"; the mountain god of Fungfeng Mountain is "Tian Xin Ji Ming", which also stands for "Amitabha"; the mountain god of Taro Mountain is "Miso Yanhiko" and also stands for "Ma Tau" Guanyin." The routine ceremony day is April 17th of each year, and it is also the day of the Tokugawa Ieyasu. It is said that the entire Utsunomiya is built around the Wakayama Shrine. The shrine is the city center. The shrine is free, but if you want to go in, you have to climb a long staircase. In Japan, the shrine stairs should go on both sides. It is said that the middle is for the gods.
