Revisiting Urban Coffee Roaster
I visited Urban Coffee Roaster again, this time for a light dinner by myself.
On a depressing night, I walked to the beach to enjoy the breeze, and then went to Urban Coffee Roaster for dinner.
The restaurant environment is really good, the decoration is industrial style and the atmosphere is relaxing. There is a bar counter where guests can enjoy the hand-brewed coffee process. There are also window seats where you can enjoy the seaside scenery.
Sitting in the same seat, this time I ordered the "Marinated Hamachi Roll with Sea Urchin Sauce" and a cup of "Iced Decaf Mocha" to enjoy slowly.
"Pickled Hamachi Roll with Sea Urchin Sauce" $108
The presentation is first-rate ~ light bites portion, a total of five rolls. One roll is also quite large. The pickled hamachi is wrapped with rice and seaweed, with hamachi in the center as well. The top layer was randomly added with sea urchin juice, saffron, and Japanese bean sprouts. When you take a bite, you’ll first feel the freshness, followed by the aroma of the hamachi.
"Iced Decaf Mocha" $57
The appearance is first-class, the taste is light coffee bitterness with a little chocolate sweetness, and it tastes smooth.
