Global Travel | Memories of Tbilisi
Every time I visit a place, exploring its streets and alleys is my way of opening up a trip✈️.
Georgia is a country smaller than one of our provinces, but the elements of Tbilisi are very rich.
1️⃣ There are 🍷 wineries, with very old wineries in Sighnaghi;
2️⃣ There are many imprints of Soviet-era buildings, like the Tbilisi Underground Printing House we learned about in our textbooks;
3️⃣ You can also capture the feel of a European town. The architectural styles are not exactly the same, but many are roughly similar;
4️⃣ The food in Tbilisi is quite acceptable to our tastes, not to mention the small taverns scattered all over the streets and alleys;
5️⃣ Near Freedom Square, there is an ice cream shop that still has a queue at eleven o'clock at night, which shocked me. It was also my first time curiously queuing to taste the food. The taste was okay, but the advantage was that it was freshly made.
6️⃣ Tbilisi has a small train🚄 that goes up the mountain, similar to the one in Hong Kong. It is said to be especially beautiful at sunset when the lights first come on, but I missed it. However, the view from the top of the mountain is great, offering a panoramic view of the city.
Friends who are going must leave their footprints in this small city and take a city walk to feel a different kind of relaxation.
