I also tried the Tempeh Vegetarian Lasagna, a creative twist that fused local ingredients with Italian tradition. As a tempeh fan, I was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked in the dish. It was hearty, unique, and delicious. Although Bali’s popular tourist spots can sometimes feel commercialised, its culinary landscape tells a different story.
