Takamatsu's special taste, Bakaichidai Udon

**Bakaichidai Udon** in Takamatsu is a famous restaurant for Sanuki udon. This place, which has a unique name, is especially famous for its special menu called **Kamabata Udon**, which is made by mixing butter, egg yolk, and soy sauce into warm udon noodles.
The combination of butter and egg was a bit unfamiliar when I first tried it, but my worries disappeared the moment I took a bite. The noodles were chewy and the rich flavor filled my mouth, and the soy sauce seasoned them just right, so I wanted to keep eating.
The restaurant is self-service, so I was able to order quickly and easily, and the price was really cheap, so I was satisfied. However, there were a lot of people during lunch time, so I had to wait, but it was worth the wait.
If you visit Takamatsu, be sure to stop by and try Kamabata Udon. If you want a different experience, I highly recommend it!
