Tsim Chai Kee Noodle which was opened in 1998, with wooden chairs and marble tables in it. It is a common practice to share a table with others in Hong Kong due to the size of the restaurant. Tsim Chai Kee served just noodles with three different toppings, shrimp wontons, beef slices and fish balls. It also serves vegetables with oyster sauce. Well, Tsum Chai Kee Noodle restaurant is the restaurant that I'm talking about and it's a michelin listed wanton noodles shop. It's not difficult to understand why everyone wants a bowl of their wanton noodles. At HKD46, you can get a good bowl if 2 toppings noodles, I chose the one with tender beef slices and huge shrimp wantons. Their noodles was springy while the soup broth was sweet and flavourful. The shrimp wantons was stuffed with lots of ingredients. My meal here was delicious and extremely satisfying.
