This Monday, we decided to visit Toronto Centre Island, a tranquil and beautiful paradise. We avoided the weekend crowds. 🌟How to get to Centre Island? 1. Ferry 🚢 Depart from Jack Layton Ferry Terminal. Address: 9 Queens Quay W (See the last image for departure times) 2. Water Taxi 🚤 One-way adult fare: $12.5 cash/person, $14 card/person. Return trip can be taken for free by ferry. To catch the earliest ferry, we chose the one that was about to depart. After arriving at Hanlan’s Point, we began a walk of about 4 kilometers, eventually reaching Centre Island. The weather was very nice, and the scenery along the way was very healing❗️If you have your own bicycle 🚲, you can bring it to the island. Cycling on the island is also a great experience. ✨Along the lakeshore, we walked to Centre Island’s Bike Rental. We rented a tandem bicycle and rode to Ward’s Island for a tour, then returned to Centre Island to return the bike. The Bike Rental cycling fees are as follows: • Single bicycle: $10/person • Tandem bicycle (front and back seats): $20/person • Tandem bicycle (side-by-side seats): $21/person • Four-person bicycle: $39/person After cycling, we started to stroll around Centre Island. Rating: I only took photos nearby and didn’t go up in particular. 2. Address: Toronto Islands Transportation guide: Union Station subway station (🚶🏻7 minutes)➡️Walk towards the lake to the pier. Take the Hanlan's Point Line➡️Nude Beach (To walk from the station to the pier, you have to go to the front pier to catch the boat. On the way, you can see some private piers that are more expensive) Rating: There are no shops on the archipelago, so try to eat something first. There are three lines for disembarking on the archipelago. Those who want to see the nude beach can disembark at the "Hanlan's Point line" 😂

When you see this view/picture you know that you are in Toronto or in Canada! I have been in different places in downtown Toronto and I got some good pictures of the CN Tower. I am always looking for the spot where I can take a picture of the CN Tower that looks something like in the magazines, books or even what you see in movies. I went to the Toronto Port Area and could not get a good picture of the CN Tower. I also went to the Cherry Beach Area and still the same, the view of the CN Tower was not as good as what I see in books and magazines. Toronto is Canada's largest city and lived truly to this title. It's a cosmopolitan melting pot of the different cultures that live in the city. The city has plenty to do and many tasty bites to try out. Head to St. Lawrence market for a tasty Peameal Bacon Sandwich. While in the area, also make sure to stop by the Gooderham building, a pretty flatiron building that stands out amongst its peers. Then head to city hall to take a quintessential picture of the Toronto sign. Nearby, the Kensington market area is a great place for lunch. I recommend the jerk chicken which is delicious and for everyone's budget. You can spend the afternoon wandering around the area, along with Chinatown, which is a lovely ethnic enclave selling authentic Chinese food. The University of Toronto also has a lovely campus to stroll around. Toronto is also a very outdoorsy city, with the Toronto islands a short ferry ride away. You'll also stumble upon the iconic CN Tower while heading to the ferry pier. The islands are an absolute oasis and you'll get lovely views of Lake Ontario and of the cityscape. Overall, Toronto is a hip city which you'll have plenty to keep you busy. It's trendy districts also have hidden eats which are tasty and affordable. The view of the skyline is breathtaking. I chose the ferry, which slowly cruised on the water. As we got closer, Toronto's skyscrapers gradually came into view, and the scenery was truly stunning! To be honest, the Toronto Islands were a bit of a letdown for me. Many small beaches were named "this Beach" and "that Beach." Although it shows Toronto's yearning for the sea, there wasn't much to do on the island, so I didn't even take any photos. It only costs a few dollars to get from downtown Toronto to Toronto Island. You can take a boat to the island. I followed a group of children and a kindergarten on the boat early in the morning.
