It's been a long time since I last visited this restaurant. In the past, their signature dish was the Hamayaki, but this time I ordered the "Abundant Catch for Two" for $1680. If you like to drink sake, you can add $200 for a 300ml bottle. First, they served us each a portion of "Special Black Truffle Seared Halibut Salad." The salad had a variety of fresh vegetables at the bottom, and the halibut on top was seared to perfection, making the fish oil more delicious. The black truffle sauce added a layer of fragrance. The "Eight Pieces of Handmade Sushi" included fatty salmon, refreshing and sweet oilfish, fresh and crispy pond fish, and my favorite, Hokkaido Botan shrimp, which was elastic and sweet.
