We learned about this place from a local guide when we were visiting Uluru National Park, and immediately arranged a day trip! West MacDonnell National Park is also a desert oasis, but it is different from the Kata Tjuta Valley of the Winds Walk and Kings Canyon, or rather, it is more worth visiting. Only after visiting did we realize that a desert oasis can be so beautiful! Mainly because there is more water here, and places with water are more spiritual. I think the most beautiful part of the West MacDonnell Ranges is Ormiston Gorge, where the water is clear and the flora and fauna are rich, making it very scenic!
