A new outlet recently opened up at queens town anchor point and we managed to get a table! 🥳 When it comes to the pastries, Tiong Bahru Bakery truly shines. Their croissants are nothing short of exceptional—flaky, buttery, and perfectly golden. We ordered the roast beef and mushroom. g Each bite is a heavenly experience that transports you to the streets of Paris. There is something to suit every palate. Pair your croissant with a cup of their freshly brewed coffee, and you have a match made in heaven. I ordered the flat white which was perfect. Aside from the croissants, Tiong Bahru Bakery also offers a wide selection of other mouthwatering treats. We ordered the Kouign-Amann which was equally delightful, boasting a perfect balance of flavors and textures. For those seeking something savory, their quiches was also super yummy. The ingredients are fresh and carefully crafted, resulting in a satisfying and fulfilling meal. The service at Tiong Bahru Bakery is friendly and efficient, with staff members who are knowledgeable about the products and happy to assist with recommendations. The bakery can get quite busy, especially during peak hours, but the staff manages to keep things running smoothly, ensuring minimal waiting times. The only slight drawback is the limited seating available, which can make finding a spot during busy periods a bit challenging.

I had it for the first time back in the Silverkris lounge in Changi Airport before the pandemic. Now, I am a follower and will purchase their bakery items from time to time. Their cafe design is always trendy and great spots for photo backdrops. The outlet in Raffles City is huge and has many tables. The best thing is that the escalator beside them is the shortcut to reach the Fairmont/Swissotel lobby. So you can head down and eat it fresh or bring it back to your room to savour their baked items. For me, I will recommend their croissants and tiramisu.

Tiong Bharu bakery at Holland village is one my favourite cafe to go for breakfast. They serve the best croissants in Holland village ( in my opinion) with a comfortable dining environment. Theres complimentary butter and jam if you’re dining in, with free flow water as well. Their croissants are so buttery and flaky, you can taste the butter in each layer! Perfect pair with a cup of coffee. I also amazed at how delicious their sandwiches are, although they all look very healthy but trust me, you have to try it! The ham and cheese toasties is the best here, so cheesy at the top layer but so soft in the middle, and the ham is stuffed in the middle of the toast, my solid favourite item from the menu. If you’re feeling hungry and wanted something more filling, I think the chilli chicken sandwich is a good option, it my second favourite item here!
