Low tide brings the promise of shallow lagoons to paddle in and creates a blank canvas for sand-castles. There's a grassy patch ideal for picnics behind the beach huts that fringe the beach. Where to stay near West Wittering The Crab and Lobster is a cosy 16th-century inn just a short drive from the Witterings. The four rooms are decorated in typical seaside shades - a nod to its position on the banks of Pagham Harbour. And the reference doesn't stop there: the restaurant menu is based around seafood, serving everything from delicate lobster dishes to hearty fish pies.

#christmastrip Chichester Cathedral, located in West Sussex in England, is a fantastic building with a lot of history. It was built in the 11th century and has a mix of Norman and Gothic styles that look really amazing. The cathedral is full of detailed stonework and beautiful carvings that tell a story. Its tall spire is a standout feature in the sky. Inside, it's peaceful and special, with pretty stained glass windows showing stories from the Bible. The cathedral's inside, made with care in medieval times, create beautiful vibes during the Christmas season, connecting the past and present in a lovely way.

Chichester small city tour. If I hadn't needed to attend the ceremony, I might not have noticed this wonderful place on the map. Take a flight from Hong Kong to LGW Gatwick Airport 🛬 (already the closest airport 🥲), and take the Southern Railway 🚈 to reach Chichester in about an hour and thirty minutes. There are not many local residents and it is relatively quiet. Most restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping streets can be reached on foot🚶🏻♂️. If your hotel allows cooking, there are several large supermarkets with lots of choices. There are outdoor coffee shops☕️ and many ancient buildings to visit. After a few days, I think it is very suitable for those friends who don’t want to rush the schedule, want to live a simple and quiet life, take pictures, take a walk, drink coffee in the afternoon. I also rented a car to go to nearby towns. I think everyone has heard of Stonehenge, but not necessarily Woodhenge. It is a great place to take photos. #Must-visit spots in the UK
