I went to Tianzhu Mountain in Anhui this summer and discovered that this fairy mountain is really underestimated. Here I saw the mist-shrouded fairyland, as well as the strange peaks and beautiful water, and was shocked by the uncanny workmanship of nature! As one of the three famous mountains in Anhui that is as famous as Huangshan, it is less crowded and smooth to visit. 🚣‍♀You can also go canyon rafting here, which is cool and exciting. Going there during summer vacation is simply a much better experience than Huangshan. - 📍Tianzhushan Global Geopark 💰Tickets: 130r/person, cableway up 80r/person, down 60r/person, Jiuqu River Canyon Rafting + high-altitude glass rafting 198r/person. 👉How to get there 🚅Take the high-speed rail to Qianshan Station and transfer to the tourist line for 10r/person. You can also take a taxi directly. ✈You can fly directly to Anqing Tianzhushan Airport or drive there by yourself. There are many parking lots in the scenic area. - 🏞Game guide We spent two days this time. We arrived in the morning on the first day, went rafting on the Jiuqu River in the afternoon, and climbed the Tianzhu Mountain small loop on the second day. The stairs go up as far as the eye can see and are perpendicular to the mountain face. It is particularly shocking. 2⃣Mysterious Valley: A mysterious stone valley formed by huge rocks. There are holes in the caves, and they are winding and deep. 3⃣Tianzhu Peak: Tianzhu Peak holds the sun and moon. You can reach out to embrace the stars, sun and moon, clouds and mist pass through your fingers, and you can also overlook the Alchemy Lake. 4⃣Tianchi Peak: Looking across from Tianzhu Peak in the distance, I also saw the surging wind and clouds this time, which was very spectacular. 5⃣Alchemy Lake: Like a huge sapphire inlaid in the mountains, the lake and mountains look like a fairy world. 6⃣Qinglongbei: A ridge that can only be crossed by one person. The valleys on both sides are deep and the view is very broad. 7⃣Cliff Plank Road: The cliff plank road built in the sky is thrilling and exciting. 8⃣Yingzhen Peak: The rocks are rugged and surrounded by cliffs. The entire mountain peak is spiral-shaped, and the rocks are arranged at random, forming a mysterious natural cave. 9⃣Flying Tiger Peak: There is a huge stone like a tiger on the peak, which looks up to the sky and roars, and is about to soar, lifelike. - Other tips ✅The temperature on the mountain is low, more than 10° lower than the ground, and the temperature difference between morning and evening is large. It is recommended to prepare a jacket or sun protection clothing. ✅Be prepared with thick-soled shoes and trekking poles for walking, and go up the mountain in a lightweight manner without excessive burden. ✅Bring your own dry food to cushion your stomach, as supplies on the mountain will be a bit expensive. ✅There are many farmhouses nearby, where you can eat local specialties such as Qianshan fried noodles, roasted pork with dried bamboo shoots, braised chicken, and fish stew.

along the Eastern Pass route of Tianzhu Mountain you will meet a bizarre rock, just on the side of Quanzhang Cliff, called Drumstick Rock. It stands alone and upright, with the upper part thick and lower part thin. This route is one of the best scenic area of Tianzhushan and very few tourists explore it. in Tianzhu Mountain can admire an interesting phenomenon on the surface of the granites where there are pits of various sizes and arranged like the big dipper so its name Big Dipper Pits. There is special area in Tianzhu Mountain with two spots: Egg-shaped Rock (pic 1) is a huge rock cleaved into two parts, the small one is 1 meter in diameter and looks like an egg because of the different chromatic of its material and the weathering of the granite. It was clean and tidy, and so affordable it almost made me cry! The local cuisine was also delicious; I ate two bowls of rice at every meal! ✅Tianzhu Mountain is often shrouded in thick fog, so choose a clear day to visit! It looks completely different on a sunny or cloudy day! ✅The night passage is open from 23:00 to 1:00, allowing you to enjoy both the starry sky and the sunrise over the sea of clouds. ✅Remember to check the time of the last cable car (Monday to Friday: 7:30–17:30, Saturday and Sunday: 7:30–18:00), otherwise you'll have to hike down.
