- Tianzhong Wanshou Pagoda, also known as Toudou Pagoda or Qingluo Pagoda, is located on Toudou Mountain in Fengting Town, Xianyou County, Putian, Fujian Province. The pagoda is 7.4 meters high and 5.1 meters long, with a solid stone structure and five square layers.
- Tianzhong Wanshou Pagoda was first built in the Five Dynasties. In the fourth year of Jiayou in the Song Dynasty (1059 AD), Cai Xiang, a scholar of the Duanming Hall in the Song Dynasty, rebuilt the pagoda. In the third year of Jiaqing in the Qing Dynasty (1798), Tianzhong Wanshou Pagoda was also repaired, and the stone carvings on the north side of the upper base of the pagoda recorded this.
- Tianzhong Wanshou Pagoda is a solid stone structure with five square layers, 7.4 meters high and 5.1 meters long. It is built on the mountain, with stone masonry, and the four corners of the top of the pagoda have banana leaf-shaped corners, and the top of the pagoda is gourd-shaped. The base is square, with a side length of 7.8 meters, and the base is a three-layer Sumeru seat, the first layer is carved with dragons, the second layer is carved with plum, orchid, bamboo, and chrysanthemum, and the third layer is carved with Buddha statues and Hercules statues. The four sides of the pagoda are carved with double dragon play patterns, the bottom of the second layer is re-padded with Sumeru seats and has eight seat feet, the four corners of the pagoda are placed with round drum-shaped columns, each side is carved with four broken branch flowers, the third layer is chiseled into three arch-shaped shallow niches, each niche is carved with a Buddha statue, the four corners are made of reliefs of three-dimensional figures dressed in ancient warrior clothes, and the middle of each side of the fourth layer of the pagoda is a relief of a female bodhisattva wearing an ancient Indian crown, with two sides of the crown, and wearing earrings, and the four corners are carved with bird-mouthed human figures and long-winged Garuda statues as corner columns.
- The shape is peculiar, and the reliefs such as the male and female double dragons hook each other with their tails in a mating state, and at the same time, they turn their heads, look at each other, and are affectionate; There are also peculiar bodhisattva and divine bird carving shapes, and the carving skills are exquisite, reflecting its unique artistic style and rich cultural connotation.
