Navigate to Waterside (there are roadside parking spaces along the entire Binjiang Road, but make sure to park properly, as there are cameras that will issue tickets). After parking, cross the road to the river, where you'll find a pier with steps leading directly to the water, as well as a gravel slope. This is also a gathering place for blue knife fish. It's recommended to visit at noon while having lunch, but roadside parking is limited, so be sure to arrive early to secure a spot. . Take a paid boat ride from the old pier for 3 km to get there. It's recommended to visit in the morning or at noon, as the water may not be as clear in the afternoon if you're unlucky and encounter waterproof power generation. .
