Australia’s ancient legendary Three Sisters🗻🗻🗻
#Australiamust-go check-in spots
The Three Sisters are three connected peaks🗻🗻🗻, yellowish brown, located in the Blue Mountains National Park in Sydney, Australia. The mountains are steep and can only be viewed from a distance🔭. The best viewing location is the Echo Point Observation Deck located on the edge of the mountain.
The name of the Three Sisters Peak comes from an ancient Australian legend. There are several different versions. One of them is that the beautiful three sisters were attracted by the monster🧞♂️. In order to protect them, the father asked a wizard to turn his three daughters into rocks👤👤 👤 Unfortunately, after avoiding the monsters, the wizard could not restore them to their human form🧍♀️🧍🧍♀️, and they became the permanent Three Sisters, guarding the beautiful land of Blue Mountain.
Take the T1 train🚈 to Katoomba Station🚉 in downtown Sydney, then transfer to the Trolley Bus🚐 or the Blue Mountains Explorer Bus🚌 to reach the Three Sisters.

Throwback 2016!
This is a throwback post for my Sydney trip in September 2016. It was a very memorable trip for me since its was my first time travelling and staying alone. Visited the famous "Three Sisters Walk" located at one of the Blue Mountains and the view was amazing! The air was so fresh but slightly cold. Scenic Railway Blue Mountains is a must take ride over there as it have a measure of 52-degree incline (128% incline) which will make you have butterflies fluttering in your stomach! If you are a seafood lover, Sydney Fish Market would be a perfect place for you. With lots of seafood options but do take note it's kind of pricey?

Both gorge
Both gorgeous and iconic, it's a view worth seeing. I also recommend hiking over to touch the closest of the Three Sisters - it's not a difficult hike if you don't have mobility issues and it's gorgeous and scenic and whole walk. #wintergetaway

A panoramic view of the magnificent nature. Spectacular views of the Three Sisters and Eco Point
Located about two hours from Sydney in the Blue Mountains, the Three Sisters is a spot where you can enjoy spectacular views. We booked a bus tour and visited as a family.
From Eco Point Lookout in particular, you can see the three rocks towering against the backdrop of the magnificent Jamison Valley, and the view is especially breathtaking in the evening. The view from the lookout is wide and you can experience the majesty of nature.
You can also get close to the rocks by crossing the "Honeymoon Bridge," which tickles your sense of adventure.

[Australia] Three Sisters: Spectacular scenery, a famous natural landscape that must not be missed
#2024Travel wish
The Three Sisters are part of the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area. The Three Sisters are actually three peaks, namely Meehni (922 m), Wimlah (918 m), and Gunnedoo (906 m). . A special rock formation in the Blue Mountains of New South Wales, Australia, located on the north cliff of Jamison Valley, is also a famous natural landscape that you must not miss in your life. Although there are different versions of Aboriginal stories about the Three Sisters, no matter what, its spectacular scenery will definitely shock you.

Three Sisters - Sydney, Australia
The Three Sisters is a remarkable rock formation located in the Blue Mountains, near Sydney, Australia. It is one of the most famous and iconic landmarks in the region, attracting visitors from around the world. This unique geological formation consists of three towering sandstone pillars, each standing proud & distinct.
Legend has it that the Three Sisters were once three beautiful sisters from the local Aboriginal community. The sisters fell in love with 3 men from a rival tribe, which led to a tribal conflict. To protect the sisters, an elder transformed them into stone. Unfortunately, the elder passed away before he could turn them back, leaving the sisters frozen in time as the three majestic pillars we see today.
The Three Sisters offer breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding Jamison Valley and the vast expanse of the Blue Mountains. You can appreciate the beauty of the rock formation from Echo Point lookout.
In addition to enjoying the scenic vistas, visitors can explore various walking trails that lead to the base of the Three Sisters. These trails offer an up-close and personal experience with the rock formation & the surrounding bushland, allowing for a deeper connection with the natural environment.

Blue Mountains
It's quite far from Sydney, so it's easier to get there by rental car!
I think there's another place to ride the cable car...I haven't ridden it yet. The wind is quite strong and it's cold, so a jacket is a must! Especially in winter.
The sunset is so beautiful that I especially recommend it on a sunny day. #Australia

Falling in love with jacarandas, all because of one city: Sydney.
Flying for 10 hours, arrived in Australia in the southern hemisphere.
Sydney, New South Wales
In November, during summer in Sydney, it is the season of jacaranda blossoms. Whether in parks or on streets, it seems like everything is bathed in a blue sea of flowers, breathtakingly beautiful.
Three Sisters Peaks
Blue Mountain's "Three Sisters Peaks" is the main landmark of Blue Mountain and part of the "Greater Blue Mountains Area" world heritage site. The color of the mountain range is also magnificent and spectacular due to the different angles of sunlight.
Darling Harbour
Explore Sydney's Darling Harbour, one of the three most beautiful harbours in the world, with shops and cafes on both sides. It is also known as the "lover's harbour" and is a favorite destination for locals and tourists from all over the world. As night falls and the lights shine brightly, Sydney's nightlife begins...
Sydney Opera House
The Opera House is not only a landmark building in Sydney, but also a world-renowned performing arts center.
The appearance is like a white sail about to set sail on the sea, composed of 10 large "seashells" that echo the surrounding scenery. The interior design is also quite unique, using Australian wood.
The largest main hall is undoubtedly the music hall. Lucky for us, when we entered for a visit, we encountered the artists of the symphony orchestra rehearsing for the evening performance. Not only is the opera house uniquely designed, but the sound effect is also particularly good, not inferior to today's high technology, allowing every audience member to enjoy truly high-quality music.
Sydney University
Australia's first higher education institution in the field of management. Walking into the campus is like entering an ancient castle, solemn and sacred. When passing through an arch, another joyful scene appears before our eyes. It turns out that the school is holding a global food festival, where students from all over the world can taste different cuisines. The students also warmly invited us to join in and immerse ourselves in the festival, making us feel like we have returned to our student days in an instant.
