🏰 As a landmark building in Guiyang, we still made a point to visit the White House. We took a taxi directly to the footbridge at the base of the building, and only then did we realize how vast the area is. Covering more than 6,000 acres, the exterior walls are incredibly high. Traveling Alone - Guizhou (1) || July in Guangdong is too hot. I wanted to escape the heat. Guizhou is not far from Guangzhou and is a famous summer resort. I opened 12306 and found a ticket from Guangzhou to Guiyang. I bought the ticket and set off. I took the high-speed train from Guangzhou South Railway Station and arrived at Guiyang East Railway Station in five hours. There is no subway at Guiyang East Railway Station, but you can take the intercity train to Guiyang Railway Station and transfer to the subway. When I travel alone, I like to stay in lively places. This time, I chose a homestay near Huaguoyuan. I asked the homestay owner for food recommendations, and he recommended a Guizhou sour soup beef hot pot restaurant that he often visits. The dense buildings, the internet-famous Guiyang White House, the newly opened Dolphin Plaza, and the Guiyang landmark Twin Towers are all nearby. Dolphin Plaza has a novel design and looks like a dolphin leaping out of the water. There is also a small animal park in the plaza. Huaguoyuan at night is a sea of lights.
