My Least Favorite Hotel

I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. It was not bad. I had a bad experience with Westin Jakarta but with Surabaya one was JUST okay. Just sometimes the service was a little slow. What i don’t really like from Westin groups is they don’t provide cotton pads. Sometimes people can be forgetful and forget to bring them. Otherwise, everythig is ok My partner and i are Marriott Bonvoy’s platinum member. But never even once Westin gave us an upgrade. They said the room were all full but when we saw on the app, there were still empty one. So to conclude, Westin is my LEAST favorite hotel. Westin Surabaya’s reato was too tiny, when it was breakfast time, it’s too crowded to the point where i lost my appetite. #luxuryhotel #christmasgiveaway

Very nice staff with a very hospitable service Additional Comments - Stayed at this hotel a few times at their Execuitve Suite and all of them are great. The very first stay I got a room with quite a smell in the bathroom. Td the staff about it and they were very apologetic and professional in handling it. I left the room for an afternoon tea and when I came back to the room, the smell was no more. Staff keeps on saying sorry about it, making me feel kinda bad for them. All the subsequent stays has been very great otherwise. The breakfast spread was exceptional and tastes very delicious Avg. Westin is on the high floor and Four Points is on the low floor. Both hotel lobbies are directly connected to the mall, which is very convenient!
