My experience while staying at the hotel "The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud". All the waiters are very friendly, the rooms are very comfortable and have complete facilities, the wifi is fast and the service in the cafeteria/restaurant is very friendly, the menu is also varied and delicious. Warm welcome since the parking area, even though I came by motorbike, all the staff treated me the same as someone who came with a luxury car. The breakfast menu is very good with many menu choices. The Westin Ubud Resort & Spa opened a new hotel in January 2020. The open lobby offers beautiful views of the Ubud forest and infinity pool. I booked a large suite this time for my birthday. The spacious rooms and suites are full of natural light and provide a Heavenly Bed that is really comfortable to sleep on.

We really loved staying here and we extended so many times; we can recommend it highly. The recreation yoga and gym and cycling activities are wonderful and we managed to have in house boxing fitness organised as well (thank you Ranti and Anom). The outdoor spa is amazing, it's five star quality and you can have it in special outdoor areas with amazing Ubud jungle and rice field views. Steam room and jacuzzi facilities were great too. The food and beverage offering is top notch with an international chef in charge (thank you so much Robert). One of my favorite hotels in Ubud is the Westin. Apart from the complete facilities, the service provided is also very good. Anyway, I've stayed here twice, first during WLB and second last December. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the cookies are really delicious! Haha. The breakfast buffet has lots of choices and is delicious but I prefer WLB. The most favorite is of course the pool which directly faces the forest. It's quite long and there is also a public jacuzzi. If you swim during the day, you can get free ice cream.
