The soup is as clear as spring water and tastes delicious and mellow. The kumquat is fresh and moist, which is a local Guangdong flavor made with ingenuity. 🐟 Fish: Yellow Croaker with Ginger Paste Cantonese people are very particular about eating local fish and don't like fish from other places. This is a seasonal fish in autumn and winter in Guangdong. The most delicious and boneless part is selected and cooked with ginger paste and green garlic to bring out the aroma, which is delicious. The brown sugar tofu pudding and lettuce with fermented bean curd served with the set menu are also very good. 👍 I stayed in the Executive River View Room at the Westin Pazhou, with a great view of the Pearl River and the city.
