Hotel Review 🏨丨Experience 🎉 Fuzhou Westin I came to Fuzhou for the weekend and found that there are not many Marriott hotels to choose from, so I chose this Westin. 1. Upgrade experience I called the hotel and they arranged an executive suite for me. They were very generous. 😃 2. Public area impression The public area has a Wanda style, with a strong sense of luxury. There are shops next to the hotel, which makes the stay more lively. 🤔 3. Room condition The suite is super spacious, so much so that it feels like you could put a pool table between the bed and the TV. Although the room is a bit old, the marble decoration style may be more popular with older people, but it has a unique charm. 😜 There are also many highlights in the room, such as a guest toilet. Although it is not a smart toilet, it can meet basic needs. Although the TV cannot be cast, there are many regular channels to watch. As for the light switch design, although the living room lights cannot be turned off at the bedside, it is not a big deal once you get used to it. The massage chair in the room is super comfortable, which is a big plus! The view from the room is also very nice. 👍 4. Transportation In terms of transportation, it is not particularly convenient. It is a bit far from Sanfang Qixiang, and there is traffic at night, but this also gives us more time to enjoy the night view of Fuzhou along the way. 😏 5. Lounge The staff in the lounge may be busy, but there are drinks and a few cookies available. Although there is no lunch, you can go to other restaurants to try local food. I didn't try dinner, so I won't comment. 😅 6. Breakfast experience There was no one to guide me to a seat for breakfast, but it was nice to find a seat myself. Although the breakfast variety is not particularly outstanding, it is enough to fill your stomach, and the taste is acceptable. 😋 7. Service impression The doorman at the door may not have noticed me at the time, but it doesn't matter. It is also convenient to open the car door myself. 🤗 Summary: Although the hotel is a bit old, the suite facilities and view are still very good, which adds a lot to the overall experience. There may be some small details in the service that can be improved, but it does not affect the mood too much. Although the location is not ideal for visiting Sanfang Qixiang, it is a good opportunity to experience other places in Fuzhou. Overall, it is worth considering. 😘

Fuzhou Westin 【Room】The suite is at the corner, twice the size of a standard room, offering a river view, though there's not much to see. The room has an old-fashioned style, with liver-colored furniture, a marble-patterned bathroom, and a well-worn massage chair. The living room features an 88-yuan kung fu tea set, and the mini-bar is a separate fridge (with a freezer on top), giving a nostalgic state-owned enterprise vibe. The bathroom and walk-in closet are both spacious, and there's a bar at the entrance for placing items. Despite the outdated style, it's quite comfortable. 【Surroundings】Next to Wanda Plaza and Jin Street, with a subway station nearby. The area is well-equipped but a bit far from the city center, usually costing 25+ yuan by taxi to get to Sanfang Qixiang. It's by the river, so you can take a walk along the riverbank at night, though there's not much scenery. 【Dining】Breakfast is served in the lobby, which is not very large. Due to many meetings, it's often crowded. There are many local specialties, but they are not very refined. The shark balls are particularly fishy, so be cautious. The executive lounge is on the top floor, also with a river view. The happy hour dishes like Typhoon Shelter Shrimp and Geleshan Spicy Chicken are exquisite, showing attention to detail, and it's quiet with few people. 【Facilities】The swimming pool is completely outsourced. Guests receive swimming vouchers upon check-in, one per visit. The water quality is poor and very cold. The view from the 3rd floor is just the snack signs of Wanda Jin Street, so it's not recommended. In summary, it's purely a business hotel, not far from the convention center, but be cautious if you're coming for leisure.

Fuzhou Westin Hotel The hotel is located in the city center, relatively far from the airport. There is a Marriott by the East Lake near the airport. Considering the convenience of attending a concert, we took a taxi directly to the Westin upon landing. The hotel is not far by taxi from either the Straits Olympic Sports Center or the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys. Three Lanes and Seven Alleys is a popular check-in spot, with a heart-shaped tree. The room is nice, with everything a suite should have, and the massage chair is a highlight. The lounge has a good view, but the afternoon tea in the lounge is extremely simple, just had a cup of coffee and left, didn't expect much from the happy hour. The breakfast variety is still rich, but there was nothing that suited our taste. However, this might be due to different eating habits in various regions. We didn't find the food at the Xiamen Westin tasty either. Probably because it doesn't match the dietary preferences of people from our southwestern region.

The front desk staff informs about facility hours and locations, prepares room cards in advance, and handles all details swiftly without delay. Room: The 103-square-meter executive suite (feels even larger) has a river view. The design and layout of the living room and bedroom give a very spacious feeling. The glass curtain walls are clean without stains, and the night view includes a light show. The high ceilings create an unoppressive atmosphere. The room is equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee machine, large desktop sound system (didn't figure out how to use it), TV (no screen casting), dressing table, walk-in closet, and even a massage chair!! So comfortable!! Connecting rooms are available. The decor feels a bit dated, but it's well-maintained with no damage. The full carpeting in the old-style decor is barely satisfactory (personal opinion). Bathroom: Both guest and master bathrooms have non-smart toilets. The bathtub is clean, with a small TV to watch, bath salts provided, and the usual three Westin amenities. The shower has strong water pressure, massage showerhead, double sinks, mouthwash, and toothbrushes of medium softness. You have to call for a razor. Not sure if the master bathroom floor has heating, but the floor in front of the sink is warm to the feet. Dining: Missed breakfast Executive Lounge: Access with a card, the view is better than the room's, with floor-to-ceiling windows. When I visited, the hot food was already cleared, but the menu indicated there were seafood options, etc. Soft drinks and cocktails are of standard quality, everything that should be there is there. Public Areas: Gym and pool: Indicated as outsourced, free for hotel guests to use, standard equipment, swimming caps required for entry. Hotel Location: Next to Wanda Plaza, with plenty of options for dining, entertainment, and leisure. It's a 15-20 minute taxi ride from Fuzhou Station.

Located in Fuzhou's newly developed business district, it boasts a first-line river view to enjoy the sunset of Fuzhou's warm winter. The rooms overlook the night view of the entire city and the bustling night view is very beautiful! I have been sleeping peacefully and comfortably here for the past two days. It is the first choice to enjoy the sunset at 22F during dusk. The food exceeded expectations!! Breakfast will be served for guests: special taro mud/taro balls/pastries, fresh mushroom black soy milk, and the New Year themed afternoon tea in the afternoon are too delicate to eat. The Chinese restaurant has a high rating for dinner, so I chose a buffet tea with an average of 100+ per person, including tea/water/fruit/pastries, etc. Must-order dishes for Cantonese buffet: red rice sausage, shrimp dumplings, chicken feet, pineapple oil are all available, paired with some local Fuzhou specialties. In the evening, the sunset is sold, enjoying the sunset and being red, the river view dyed golden yellow, while having delicious food and wine. Guest room The hotel has a total of 305 rooms. Through the corridor is the super large cloakroom and full-length mirror that all girls love. I like the window design the most. It reminds me of the bustling scene outside the window when I often lay on the bay window when I was a child.
