The Great Stupa of Wat Saensuk, Bangsaen, Chonburi Province
Wat Saensuk is located in Mueang District, Chonburi Province, not far from Bangsaen Beach. There is an interesting place, Mahachedi Ket Kaew Chulamani Asanasuk Maha Vihara or Mahachedi Wat Saensuk, a landmark for religious people that was recently built. It is very beautiful. In addition, in a part of the temple, before reaching the entrance to the Mahachedi, there is a stucco sculpture, Suan Phuttha, Muang Sawan, Dan Naek, to serve as a reminder to refrain from evil.
Mahachedi Ket Kaew is located at the very back, in a different area from the stucco sculpture Muang Naek, Wan Naek. If you set your route from Google Maps to Wat Saensuk, it will lead you to the entrance to see the sculpture first. When you get to this point, you can ask the locals in the area about how to get to Mahachedi Ket Kaew. Then drive through the archway near the parking lot for about 1 km.
Wat Saensuk Suthiwararam is located on Bangsaen Road 2, Tambon Saensuk, Amphoe Mueang, Chonburi Province. It is open every day from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
