The Lobby bar on the 31st floor is the best viewing spot for the Tokyo Tower. The first Tiger Gate Edison in Japan feels like entering a forest and overlooking the Tokyo skyline. The reason is that the largest sky garden in Tokyo has afternoon tea to drink during the day (remember to make a phone call in advance).
