The Tokugawa Museum of Art is located in the urban area of Nagoya. It is a private art museum in Japan that preserves the life and culture of the so-called princes. The Tokugawa Garden where it is located is a classic Japanese-style garden of pond spring tour, and the autumn maple season is very beautiful. The art museum houses 10,000 to 10,000 pieces of works by Ieyasu Tokugawa, a private art museum that displays relics passed down to the Owari Tokugawa family and daimyo tools. Among them, there are 9 national treasures, 59 important cultural heritages, and 46 important works of art, including the world-famous Tale of Genji picture scroll (national treasure). The quality of its preservation is astounding. The huge number of exhibits are rotated every month, and all you can see is the original. In the permanent exhibition, part of the public living space of the Owari feudal lord, the lock room and the Hiroma of the Ninomaru Palace of Nagoya Castle, the Noh stage, and the Saru-Mee tea table have been restored. Beginning with the usual Owari Tokugawa Doll's Festival (early February to early April every year), various exhibitions are also attracting attention.
