Starvista lights up the night skies when the sunsets, make this look like an extravagant mall from the outside. This mall also has a huge foyer for monthly events, so do remember to look out for them. At times, the foyer even showcase free movies where anyone can bring their own mat and enjoy a movie provided by the mall. The mall, has also lots of snacks and food from basement all the way to its last floor. So you need not worry about the food options here. Lastly, the mall looks special because it's built as an arts centre where there are Broadway shows and events being held here by different organisations on a monthly basis as well.

Thats when i chanced upon the star vista outlet for 5 senses cafe snugged away in a corner knowing the cafe the choice was easy to decide what to eat, we went with a carbonara and beef cheese burger and a side of fries. of course the portions were just right and the flavour reliable as well. With cafe prices it is slightly pricey so i would recommend 5 senses for a more family dining than for cafe vibes. As soon as you enter the mall, you will see many people sitting on the wide steps to rest and chat. The whole atmosphere is very comfortable and cozy. Because I went there at the end of last year, there was a beautiful large Christmas tree, which added more color to the shopping mall environment! This mall is not very big, and it focuses on food and beverage. When I went there with my friends, we chose an African restaurant called "Nando's", where we had delicious hamburgers and the set meal came with unlimited soda. The staff was very kind to give me one for one discount near the closing time:) i kept all the pastries overnight so perhaps the texture might’ve changed.. it’s def better to eat it fresh!! the rose pistachio croissant was huuuuge and i love the cream on top, a compliment coming from someone who usually dislikes cream:”) the cream was not too sweet but rich and luscious, and it complemented the nutty pistachio paste inside that i approve of :D however, i left the pastry overnight so the croissant got soggy and not crispy at all… even when i first bought it, the texture couldve been flakier. the kouign amann missed the spot for me… i reheated it the next day and it was super limp and soggy, p hard to chew. i felt that the flavour was average too and the sugar glaze made it messy to eat. the interior layers of pastry were buttery and soft though so that’s a redeeming point. #singaporetrip#food

#sgconcerts One of the best concerts I've been to is The 1975 Live in Singapore last 2019. The concert venue is at The Star Theater at Star Vista. Star Vista's architecture, designed by Aedas, is unmissable due to its futuristic design. The performance venue can be reached via private and public transport with the nearest mrt station being Buona Vista. As usual the crowd control in Singapore is top-notch. All the concerts I've been to are very orderly. The staff are strict yet approachable. We were seated at the 2nd level of the venue with the best view to be honest. Everything was great. The audio was so crisp and clear, maybe because it's a theater that's why the audio was the best out of all the concert venues I've attended. Also, one of the reasons I loved the concert was the artists aesthetic which translated into their stage. The stage design and lighting were beautiful, simple yet impactful. Another reason why it's the best concert is that it's just good music. I like The 1975's sound a lot.

#magicalxmastrip A certain favourite during the Christmas season here in the West Singapore is the Annual Christmas tree display here at The Star Vista (nearest MRT Buona Vista). You can expect that their huge central Christmas tree is decked out beautifully with different theme every year, and for this year the theme is London, with the Big Ben, Phone booth and double decker bus as part of the design. They have small stage in front of the stepped seating where live performers sang Christmas carole for the mall crowd, which is quite nice to boost up the Christmas spirit. #christmas #TheStarVista

There is an huge space in the middle where events often happened. Restaurant selections are amazing including Japanese, western, Indian and more ! One thing I like about this mall is that it has ample seats everywhere. That gives a tired shoppers a breather.

#familytrips2024 This is Probably one of the most authentic Korean restaurants in Singapore. Even the servers are Korean! Love the environment that is brightly lit with enough space between diners. The menu serves extensive items including barbecue meat, Korean fried chicken to army stew and the traditional Korean dessert - Bingsu. We ordered a kimchi tofu stew and a soybean paste stew. Both were served piping hot and came with a bowl of rice 🍚

#singaporetrip Sweet treats before the weekend ends. Love this new space that opened just this week at Star Vista. The cafe decked with a glass sun roof and many glass panels so that you can get natural sunlight. With salmon pink tiles that creates the wavy design, looking like a huge pink colour inside the cafes. The candy floss french toast is crispy on the outside and yet the still taste fluffy. Unfortunately the ice cream wasn't cold enough and was melting when is served, can't see much of the candy floss. The coffee is medium to full bodied but I thought was slight milky. Overall I like that this mall aren't packed like Jem, Westgate or Jurong Point, you can enjoy your day in this cafe and not feeling zen and not too noisy.

Awesome!!! My first concert trip to Singapore with "The Star Vista". It's a convenient shopping mall with a lot of restaurants to choose from. Don't worry about food. The bathroom is clean and I love it. The air conditioning is cool and comfortable. The lights, colors, and sounds are amazing. The concert is the best!!! The transportation is very convenient. You can travel by BTS and get off at "The Star Vista" station and walk there. Don't forget to bring a power bank. There are no plugs to secretly charge. 😉 #Singapore #TheStarVista
