The rooms are compact but clean There is a large public bath, an open-air bath, and a gym. A one-minute walk from Omicho Market, I stayed at The Square Hotel Kanazawa🕊️ The large communal bath has an indoor bath and an open-air bath that can each accommodate about five people, but there are only five washing areas and one shower-only booth, so it can get quite crowded depending on the time. It was about a 10-minute walk from the east exit of Kanazawa Station. Nearby is Omicho Market and Kanazawa Mza department store, so it's a convenient location for shopping and dining. There is a front desk and a stylish cafe on the first floor, but the opening hours are short, only until 5pm. The room has a tablet that controls the air conditioning and TV. You can also connect the TV to your phone, so it's great to watch YouTube while having a midnight snack! There is also a gym (reservations required) and a public bath on the 13th floor. By the way, I was able to book this stylish hotel for less than 5,000 yen.
