You can also take the river shuttle from the hotel to avoid Bangkok's traffic jams. The first thing I noticed when I arrived at the hotel was the modern and Thai-style architecture. I really liked the vibrant design. The receptionist was very gentle, and everything from the welcome to check-in was well-organized. I even got a Polaroid photo. The hotel facilities were also very complete, and the outdoor pool was especially popular. Swimming while enjoying the riverside scenery was like being in paradise. The free Thai costume experience was a highlight. The staff helped take photos and gave professional posing suggestions, making me feel like I was the owner of the hotel. It was a very special experience✨. Our room was very spacious, with modern decor and traditional Thai elements. It was very comfortable overall. The bed was amazing, with great support, and I slept very well. The room was well-equipped, and the free Wi-Fi was fast. In the morning, I opened the curtains to let the warm sunlight into the room and saw the beautiful scenery across the river, which instantly put me in a good mood. Breakfast didn't have many options, but everything was delicious. The most surprising thing was the free shuttle service, which made it easy to get to all the major attractions. Wat Pho, not far from the hotel, is definitely a must-see. It has the largest reclining Buddha in Thailand, as well as many other Buddha statues and pagodas. Walking among them, you can feel the rich history and culture. 🌟🌟 There are also some great restaurants nearby, such as Riverside Terrace and Sirimahannop. I recently spent six days at The Salil Hotel Riverside Bangkok, and overall, it was a really good experience with a few minor drawbacks. The location is fantastic, right along the Chao Phraya River, offering stunning views, especially in the early morning and at night. The riverside setting adds a peaceful vibe that’s a nice escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. Starting with the positives, the hotel’s design and room quality really impressed me. Everything feels fresh and well-maintained, thanks to the property being relatively new. I originally booked a room with a pool view, but the hotel upgraded me to a larger room with a balcony. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking and provided the perfect spot to unwind. Plus, they had our room ready before the usual 3 PM check-in time, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel offers a lot of activities for guests, from HIIT workouts and yoga sessions to traditional Thai costume photoshoots. They even have a PS5, pool table, and chess sets if you’re looking for some entertainment. The view of the pool is also stunning! You must also try out the rabbit hole aqua therapy if you're here.. I think they are having a promotion.. Staying 3 nights or more entitles you to 1 hour at the therapy pool. A standout feature is the hotel’s app-based service. It made everything super convenient, whether I needed extra amenities like ice or wanted to book a spot on the complimentary shuttle boat. In terms of transport, the hotel provides both a daily shuttle boat and a transport van that runs on weekends. The boat is a great way to avoid the usual Bangkok traffic when heading to the BTS station, but it only comes once an hour, so refer to their boat departure timings in the app and plan accordingly. Now, onto the cons: the breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing. The variety was limited, and the food could definitely be improved. Just got to make a reservation the day before :) Photoshoots from your phone and you get to keep three polaroids. The staffs at Salil are so helpful from helping us to put on the costumes and also going around to take pictures of us with our phones. Truly such a great experience :)

Whenever we cameback to the hotel bellboys are always helping us or looking for the taxi for us when we wanna go somewhere, They’re friendly and say hi to us every time. Security guard was very friendly and kind. The service here is 10 out of 10! Everyone was so nice and polite. The area around the lobby smells so good we want our room smells like that we’re obsessed with the perfume around the lobby (well our room was not bad tho and it’s smells good). The room was so luxury and comfortable! We really enjoy relaxing by the pool too. We had dinner which is nearby the river view at night it was amazing the foods was good! Overall was so amazing!
