🍽️ Culinary Exploration: A Global Flavor Journey
🦞 Seafood and Sashimi
Seafood is a highlight of the restaurant, offering a variety of choices including snow crab legs, shrimp, scallops, and oysters. The seafood is exceptionally fresh, especially the oysters, which can be shucked to order. The shrimp were large and had a springy texture; the crab legs were plump, tender, and without any fishy smell.
The salmon in the sashimi section was tender and elastic, while the Arctic surf clams were crisp and bouncy, paired with fresh wasabi and seafood soy sauce for a delicious flavor.
🔥 Main Courses & Hot Dishes
Steak: A variety of steaks were grilled to order. The bone-in cuts were usually quite tender, and thanks to the chef's perfect control of the heat, the tenderness, elasticity, and lean-to-fat ratio were all excellent.
Lamb Chops/Lamb Shank: The meat was very tender, without any gamey taste, and the sauce was rich. It tasted best when eaten hot.
Pan-Fried Foie Gras: Pan-fried to a fragrant perfection, it was incredibly delicious, and the beautiful presentation made it a great photo opportunity!
🍜 Asian Flavors
Roasted Meats: Whether it was roast duck, char siu, or soy sauce chicken, the quality was very high, approaching that of a standalone Cantonese restaurant.
Bo Bo Chicken & Hot Pot: As a buffet located in Sichuan, how could we miss out on Sichuan specialties? Bo Bo Chicken, hot pot, and other Sichuan snacks are all available, offering authentic Sichuan flavors.
🍰 Dessert Paradise
Napoleon: A small piece with a great texture, crisp and delicious, with a sweet but not cloying custard filling.
Ritz-Carlton Cake: The hotel's signature cake, made with Valrhona chocolate, has a very rich chocolate flavor with a slight bitterness, giving it a sophisticated taste.
Cheesecake: The cheesecake is delicate and smooth, melting in your mouth.
Homemade Ice Cream: The chocolate flavor is very rich, like eating pure chocolate.
Three-Flavor Ice Jelly: They also offer creative variations of ice jelly, including traditional brown sugar ice jelly and two new flavors: mango pomelo sago and coconut milk, both great after-dinner desserts.
💁 Service Experience: Meticulous Professionalism
The restaurant's service deserves special mention. The staff are professional and friendly, promptly changing plates without being overly intrusive—no wonder it's a Forbes five-star service.
