I have a select group of friends that have been to this hotel and highly recommend it. After hear my 5th friend talk about it, I decided to check it out. The Puli Hotel is the closest I’ve gotten to a real Hotel and Spa. Entering seems more like entering a spa than a Hotel. They really emphasise the tranquility. The architecture is amazing and makes you feel like your at ease. The food is amazing. Their restaurant is a 1 Michelin star eatery. The dinner is amazing, and they also do a set lunch for around 200 rmb per person. A great way to check out a Michelin Star Restaurant on a budget. And last but not least the Spa. Amazing. Grand halls lead you to hot tubs, saunas and steam rooms. The pool is very luxurious that I felt bad splashing around so much. All in all, I would definitely recommend it to a friend in search of some relaxation. 😊 #christmasgiveaway

Located at heart of Shanghai near to Jingan temple, after so much good comments over these Italian-Australian 🍕🥘 cuisine we finally made some time to pay a visit to here. It is a perfect place for a romantic evening with their outdoor terrace nicely decorated. Inside seating also has dimly lit tables with only seeing your bright date's face 😋. Sitting here to check in, the air is filled with the scent of bergamot, and lazy chansons play in the background, absolutely chill & chic. The hotel also has its own small garden. Sitting here with a cup of hot tea, leaning against the green bamboo, lying on a lounge chair, gazing at the skyscrapers and the sky, it's comfortable. The hotel room is quite large, modern Chinese style, with a view of the traffic on Yan'an Elevated Road outside the window. I took a look at the pool and gym, the facilities are great, and no one was using them. Breakfast is at PHENIX on the second floor, a Black Pearl French restaurant, with few diners. Breakfast is semi-buffet, with a menu for à la carte options, and you can also enjoy the buffet in a comfortable environment. The selection is not extensive but of good quality. I took a glance at the swimming pool and gym, and the facilities are very good, with no one using them. Breakfast is served on the second floor at PHENIX, a Black Pearl French restaurant, which is not crowded. Breakfast is semi-buffet style, with a menu available for individual orders, or you can help yourself in a comfortable environment. There aren't many items on display, but the quality is good. The absolute best thing is their homemade yogurt, served in small glass jars on ice. I took one and drizzled it with honey, and it was amazing! The rich milky aroma and the creamy, smooth texture were almost identical to the honey yogurt I had in Greece.

Staycation has reached the next level, The PuLi is such a great place to stay. I drank so much last weekend for three days straight that I got dizzy, which was perfect timing since I had planned a holiday to escape the nightclubs and recuperate with good friends. I've always wanted to stay at The PuLi, and this time I finally did. Although it's a bit old, the design is truly beautiful and it has now become my top1 favorite hotel in my heart. To the left is Rui Ou, and a short walk to the right is Fumin Road, where it's super convenient to grab a bite. For dinner, we had highyaki; their sashimi and grilled ginkgo were as excellent as always. It's amazing to be able to taste bamboo fish that has the same flavor as the local ones in Japan. After dinner, we opened a bottle of wine at the hotel, listened to music, took a bath, and chatted while our bodies were warm.

When we checked in, the room hadn't been cleaned yet, so we went to eat first. When we came back and picked up the room card, the luggage was already lying in the room! The whole process was very smooth and comfortable, no need to find the concierge to deliver luggage, even the luggage ticket was not needed! Everything was arranged well, really worry-free! The room feels like it has noise reduction! There is no sound from the air conditioner, and the window is still Yan'an Viaduct, but if you don't listen carefully, you can't hear anything. I have poor sleep and can't stand noise, I really love it! The bathtub is also equipped with a small pillow, in short, every detail is done really well! The only shortcoming is that I think the bed is a bit hard (I stayed in Pudong Lijing the night before, and I think it uses the previous Four Seasons mattress.
