[2024 Paris Stay] Travel Guide for The Peninsula Paris (Updated Nov)
Luxury hotel in Paris where you can lie down and see the Eiffel Tower.
These luxurious hotels I'm talking about now are enough to satisfy all your imaginations of Paris. They are located in prime viewing locations, where you can lie down and see the Eiffel Tower 😍!!!
First: Shangri-La Hotel, Paris
It is the Prince Hotel with a history of over 100 years,
Possessing two of the most popular hotel elements in Europe (historic hotels and palace hotels), and within walking distance of landmarks such as the Louvre and Arc de Triomphe, the hotel also has two Michelin-starred restaurants, which are really great! The highly recommended room type is the Eiffel Tower Scenic Terrace Suite, which is amazing. Once you go there, you will experience the indescribable and super special feeling.
Second one: Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris.
A hotel that has been rated as "the world's best hotel" by many magazines, it is located in the golden triangle of Paris, with a perfect blend of classical French style and modern style. It can be said that it is also the luxury hotel of world leaders! The most recommended room type is the Eiffel Suite 878.
Third one: Mandarin Oriental, Paris
It is located in the Palace Hotel in the center of Paris, which used to be a noble district. It is only 150 meters away from Place Vendôme, and you can walk to Champs-Élysées in 10 minutes~ It also has the largest spa center in Paris, wow 😯~~~ The most recommended room type here is the panoramic suite 😍 love it!
Fourth: Peninsula Paris Hotel
It is the most representative hotel in Paris, showcasing the classical French style of 1908 to the fullest. The basic room size starts at 50 square meters, and it has the largest outdoor dining terrace in Paris. The most recommended room type is the top floor garden suite room. 👍
Fifth: Hotel Athena Square in Paris.
It embodies the Parisian luxury fashion and ultimate elegance. Although it is the most expensive hotel in Paris, it is really worth it. You can enjoy the view of the Eiffel Tower from the terrace of your room. The design of the rooms is in the style of Louis XVI. It is adjacent to more than 40 high-end fashion brands and has the only Dior spa in Europe. The room types I most recommend at this hotel are the Royal Suite and the Eiffel Tower Suite.

The Peninsula Paris is the benchmark for luxury hotels in Paris.
The Peninsula Paris is the benchmark for luxury hotels in Paris. I stayed at the Peninsula Paris last time I came to Paris, and I really like and recognize the Peninsula brand.
There are currently 12 Peninsula hotels worldwide, each in a prime location. The Peninsula Paris is located near the Arc de Triomphe, and the building has a lot of history, with some important events taking place here.
For example, the Paris Peace Accords, the Vietnam War ceasefire agreement signed by Vietnam and the United States in Paris in 1973, was signed here. The two white peacock artworks on the walls of the Kléber Bar on the first floor of the hotel were gifts from Vietnam at the time, and a copy of the agreement is still hanging in the bar.
The restoration of the Peninsula Paris took six years, with skilled French craftsmen restoring the carvings and murals inside the building to create what it is today. Especially the breakfast restaurant at the Peninsula Paris, which is resplendent, and the exquisite carvings have been restored to their former glory.
Therefore, the Peninsula Paris is a combination of history and art, classical and modern, fashion and elegance. One more thing to mention, the rooms at the Peninsula Paris are so comfortable, especially the smart control system in the room, where the lights, temperature, curtains, etc. can all be adjusted through the control system, making the stay experience great.

The dreamy and elegant Peninsula Paris Hotel
🏰 The Peninsula Paris is located at 19 Avenue Kléber, originally the Majestic Hotel which opened in 1908 and was the most representative hotel in France. Over the decades, numerous tycoons, celebrities, nobility, and magnates have left their footprints here, contributing to the endless charm of the revival of The Peninsula Paris. Following the end of World War II and the restoration of peace in Paris, in 1946 the hotel building became the headquarters of UNESCO, and in 1958 it was transformed into an international conference center under the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
🕍 In order to recreate its century-old splendor, The Peninsula Paris specifically hired an interior design team from The Peninsula Hotels Group, collaborating with Hong Kong designer Chhada Siembieda Leung Ltd's Leung Kwok Hoi; the restoration of the underground floors was managed by Richard Martinet of Affine architecture & interiondesign, leading numerous outstanding French craftsmen to restore the building to its original state using traditional methods. Today, travelers can admire the sculptures on the hotel's exterior walls, meticulously restored by 20 heritage restoration masters; or experience the wood panels in the hotel lobby and bar, refurbished by woodworking restoration experts Atelier Fracelli.
🏛 The Peninsula Paris also showcases traditional French craftsmanship in its interior decor, with materials, inlays, metalwork, stained glass, and other furnishings all designed and produced by top French professional restoration companies. In the guest rooms, chairs and footstools by Rosello, as well as sofas and bed frames designed by Laval, highlight the modern Parisian artistic flair.
🏤 After four years and an investment of 3.1 billion RMB in restoration, it has become the first Peninsula Hotel in Europe. To complete the restoration, France's most experienced designers, artists, and craftsmen were specially recruited, many of whom had participated in the restoration of the Louvre, the Palace of Versailles, and various French châteaux.
🛋 The hotel boasts 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. The Peninsula Paris 🖼 themed suites are inspired by haute couture luxury goods, with some of the suites' spacious areas being among the most prominent in Paris and even among the most highly customized suites in the world, showcasing French 🏇🏻 traditional culture and vibrant design to the fullest.
🏛 The hotel has three of the most beautiful restaurants in Paris
Le Lobby, a classic French restaurant decorated in the style of the Palace of Versailles.
L'Oiseau Blanc, the famous lark restaurant with a glass roof offering a 360-degree unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower.
LiLi, a Cantonese restaurant created in the style of Chinese opera by a Hong Kong chef.

My autumn stay at The Peninsula Paris was an exquisite experience in the heart of this romantic city. Nestled just steps from the Arc de Triomphe, the hotel's grand façade took on an even more enchanting allure with the warm hues of fall.
The interior exuded classic Parisian charm and was beautifully accented by seasonal decorations, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. My room, with its luxurious furnishings and modern amenities, was a splendid retreat after chilly autumn explorations.
Wandering along the Champs-Élysées and admiring the golden leaves in the Tuileries Garden was magical. The hotel's impeccable service, Michelin-starred dining at L'Oiseau Blanc, and the rooftop views of the Eiffel Tower added to the overall charm.
The Peninsula Paris offered a luxurious autumn haven, making my stay in the city of love even more special as Paris revealed its fall beauty. #paris #france
