The location is near China Town on the Burapha road in Bangkok. I don't new why they use this name but as I guess maybe the building was constructed long time ago. The building model now is look same as France model. In the plaza is mostly they are selling Jewelry such as gold ring, necklace both gold and diamonds with many designs and models. The others store are selling Thai traditional clothes and wedding dresses and jewelry. In the middle of the center is foods store with many find of yummy recipes and sweets. Old Siam plaza also best area to connect to MRT station(Sam Yot), it is easy to travel and enjoy in City of civilization as Bangkok.

Looking for great deals for clothes like batik or silk clothings, jewelleries, watches, handicrafts, tourists souvenirs and local Thai snacks? Look no further but head to Old Siam Plaza located a short walk away from yaowarat(chinatown). This place is not easy to reach if you do not drive or take a taxi as there is no mrt nearby. The food here is located on the ground floor where you can find local Thai desserts, fruits, kanom kuy chai (steamed dumplings), kanom sai sai (sweet coconut milk steamed in banana leaves), kanom buang (crispy pancakes with sweet stuffing), woon grob (Thai-style jelly with sugary topping), and kao tang savoey (sweet rice crackers) and many more! This place is definitely much cheaper, for example I bought a box of peeled pomelo for 100baht at iconicsiam, but in old siam plaza, 2 boxes for 120baht. So you do the math!
