Investment exceeds 7 billion / Daikura Tokyo Hotel
It is one of the legendary "Three Great Families" luxury hotels in Japan, founded in 1962 and once known as the "Tokyo White House". It was built with the efforts of all the great Japanese designers and was renovated in 2019 at a cost of over 7 billion.
As the first generation of "Tokyo Three Houses" hotels in Japan, it has received many celebrities such as former US Presidents Nixon and Obama, British Prince Charles and Princess Diana, Princess of Monaco, and Michael Jackson.
Hotel design
The Tokyo Daikura Hotel is divided into the main building and the annex, as well as the Daikura Art Museum, which is also Japan's first private art museum and can be visited for free.
The main building of the hotel consists of two buildings: the 17-story Dacang Gu Ya Building and the 41-story Dacang Xin Yi Building. The design is mainly based on the architectural style of the original Dacang main building.
Hotel room 🛏
Rooms at the Daikura Shinagawa are located above the 28th floor, and the rooms on the 39th and 40th floors, the highest floors of the Daikura Shinagawa, are the largest hotel suites in Japan - the Imperial Suites, each with 730 square meters, 3 bedrooms, and a view of the Tokyo Tower. Spanning two floors, each suite has its own private elevator.
Daicang Guguyaguan is 75 meters high and has 17 floors. It offers 140 traditional Japanese guest rooms, including Guguyaguan rooms, Guguyaguan terrace rooms, Guguyaguan suites, Ambassador suites, and Presidential suites. Each room is over 53 square meters and equipped with a steam sauna. The Presidential suite, with an area of 256 square meters, has an independent courtyard terrace and is located on the top floor of Daicang Guguyaguan.
Hotel dining 🍲
The restaurant at Xin Yi Guan is even more diverse, in addition to the 5-story all-day dining restaurant and bar Orchid, Chef's Garden dessert shop, there is also the Peach Blossom Forest Chinese restaurant on the 6th floor. The top floor features the famous teppanyaki restaurant Camellia and the Sky Bar Starlight, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Tokyo while dining, with excellent visibility.
The Dacang Ancient Museum has two restaurants, the French restaurant Nouvelle Epoque on the 5th floor and the Japanese restaurant Yamazato on the 4th floor, offering a variety of cuisines for travelers to choose from.
