The Marble Mountains : ภูเขาหินอ่อน
⛰️ It is a natural tourist attraction that gives a beautiful and unusual feeling because it is a stone mountain with 5 peaks rising up in a row. There is a legend that the 5 mountains represent the important elements 🎙 Metal 🪵 Wood 💧 Water 🔥 Fire 🏜 Earth. It is believed that all of these are from the eggs of angels.
.
Inside the mountain, it has been converted into a religious site. There are pagodas, temples and caves with marble carved statues.
.
🏔 The most famous marble mountain is Thuy Son Mountain (Thuy Son or Water Element). Inside, there is Huyen Khong Cave, which used to be a shelter for the Viet Cong during the war with America. During the day, sunlight shines through the cave walls, very beautiful. Inside, there are 4 altars. It is believed that people come to ask for blessings for health, love, money and children.
.
There is also Am Phu Cave. You can walk from the story of "hell" to "heaven" along the stairs with many Buddha statues stacked in the rocky gaps on both sides. It is the largest marble mountain with a height of 500 meters.
The easiest way to visit the Marble Mountain is to take the glass elevator or for those who like challenges, you can walk up the stairs to see it. But it is steep. And because of its height, it has become another beautiful viewpoint.
In this area, there are also shops selling mostly marble carvings for you to stop by and shop. If you want souvenirs from Da Nang, try to stop by. I believe many people must have been there!!!

Breathtaking view of Da Nang city
The trip to Marble Mountain is an amazing experience and definitely worth the trip.
Travel tip-wear comfortably as it can get really hot and humid depending on the month of your visit. Get sports shoes or suitable walking shoes if you plan to hike to the top.
The area comprises of many caves and Buddha Statues. In one of the cave, you can spot many interesting figures on the rock and a “gate to heaven” opening by looking up.

Danang Marble Mountain
There are caves, shrines, temples, and pagodas on the five marble mountains. Didn't Knowing Brothers climb this place?
The view is good, so it's worth going at least once.
Take about an hour to see it. You can easily go up by elevator, so don't worry! The entrance fee is 40,000 dong and the elevator fee is 15,000 dong separately.
When coming down, if you come down through Gate 1, it's a course that goes around once.

Da Nang, a seaside paradise of delightful experience
#beachaholic
This beach city in Vietnam captivates with its dazzling shores, warm hospitality, and vibrant culture. With its golden sandy beaches stretching along the crystal-clear waters of the East Sea, Da Nang offers a coastal haven for relaxation and fun.
Sunrise or sunset on Son Tra mountain is pure magic, casting a golden glow over the city and setting the stage for an exciting day ahead.
The iconic Dragon Bridge illuminates the night sky, delighting visitors with its fire and water displays. The Han River's reflections add to the city's enchantment, best enjoyed during a cruise.
Da Nang's cultural richness is evident in the Marble Mountains, home to sacred pagodas and mystical caves. The nearby Hoi An Ancient Town, with its lantern-lit streets and charming architecture, is a must-visit for history enthusiasts. These 2 attractions are reviewed by me, you all can read for more information.
For food lovers, Da Nang's vibrant street food scene tantalizes taste buds with local delicacies like banh mi and mi quang.
Da Nang, also as my hometown, is an ideal destination for those seeking a perfect blend of beach bliss, cultural exploration, and delectable cuisine. The city's allure, vibrant energy, and coastal charm make it a trip of delightful experiences and cherished memories.
Hello! Today, I'm going to introduce you to the Danang travel destination in Vietnam, the Marble Mountains. ⛰️ This mountain, also known as Marble Mountain, is also famous for its marble caves.
We were staying at the Vinpearl Resort, and the Marble Mountains were right in front of us. If you're staying at the Vinpearl Resort, it would take about 10 to 15 minutes on foot. 🚶♀️
Marble Mountains! Admission is free. You can use the elevator for about 750 won. I recommend using it because the Marble Mountains tour is difficult even though you don't go all the way to the top of the mountain. ❗️
Marble Mountains actually have religious significance. Thanks to that, I was able to see many temples and stone pagodas. There were quite a few courses. There are maps here and there, so you can refer to them and look around.
Let me introduce a legend about Marble Mountains. It is said that five spirits surround Marble Mountains. There is a spot where you can see the 5 spirits at a glance, so be sure to check it out 🙃 (last photo)
⏰ Opening hours: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM daily
📍 Hoa Hai, Ngu Hanh Son, Da Nang 550,000 Vietnam
💸 Free admission, about 750 won to use the elevator
⚠️ There are many slippery and narrow marble caves and hills. Please wear comfortable clothes and sneakers along with water ⚠️

The Marble Mountains Da Nang 🇻🇳
#Where to travel during this summer? The Marble Mountains Da Nang 🇻🇳 The Marble Mountains are located about 15-20 minutes from Da Nang city, Vietnam. They are located on the road to Hoi An. There are 5 high peaks standing tall above the ground. It is a wonder of nature and a very beautiful landscape. "The Legend of the Fairy of Da Nang" is a legend about the five mountains. It is believed that the wonder of the five mountains was caused by the legend of fairies. The fairies came down to find love and give birth to an egg. The broken egg shells became 5 mountains, representing the 5 important elements according to Chinese beliefs: wood, metal, earth, fire and water. Along the way up, there are souvenir shops carved marble in various patterns. And when you reach the upper courtyard, there is a walkway to a viewpoint where you can see the view of Da Nang surrounded by small mountains. It is a beautiful sight. On the way back, it is recommended to walk down the other way to see the view from another angle. It is a sea view corner of Danang city.

Magnificent Marble Mountains, Danang
Location: 81 Huyền Trân Công Chúa, Hoà Hải, Ngũ Hành Sơn, Đà Nẵng 550000, Vietnam
I have booked a local transport to go to the Marble Mountain, the locals called it Ngu Hanh Son in Vietnamese. (so if you would want to call Grab, you can tell them this name instead)
Admission fee is 40.000 VND, and one-way lift costs 15.000 VND (some people prefer to take the walking route to go up and take lift down or vice versa).
You can google to look up its history, why is it called the Marble Mountain ??? :) Basically it's a chain of caves linked and temples and pagodas are built here. Very magnificent view from here too. What I truly like is the caves, each of them are different and for you to check out. It's a huge place to "hike" i call it, prepare towels on a hot day and drink lots of water and at least 2 hours you would spend here. The view is greatly breathtaking! I would recommend it to everyone who comes to Da Nang!

The Marble mountains in Da Nang
Located just on the outskirts of Da Nang is the marble mountain. It is a great place to hike and is not too difficult so ideal for all ages and physicality. At the summit, you are rewarded with beautiful views over the sea one way, and the city in the opposite direction. The mountains are easy to get to and a stopping off point towards Hoi An.

this is one of places that I would say worth visiting when you are in Da Nang. apparently it is free now due to the pandemic for the last 2 years. there are 2 options to go up, either do the hike or take the elevator ( not free of charge) and walk till the top! the view up there is phenomenal, and the hike itself was a bit challenging, but it was totally worth it!! there are few caves to explore and pavilions!! beautiful place! #tripblazers #fallingforfall #beachlife

Are you someone that will not mind visiting places of worship or would like to find a temple where you can check out many different sights and see different things? DO VISIT this temple where you can find various statue and also sculptures, some made of marble and also some in caves.. Love that the place is well maintained but do prepare to climb many steps to reach here.
Do wear a good pair of covered shoes when here to prevent falls and cushion against the long flight of stairs.

I visited NuMarbleMountain during my family trip to DaNang😎
I'm introducing this DaNang travel destination because my dad, who loves mountains, really liked it💁🏻♀️
In addition to the fun of seeing the caves hidden here and there in the mountain,
the view of DaNang from the top was so beautiful😙
You can use the elevator when going up,
so it's a low mountain that you can climb without difficulty,
so if you're planning a trip to DaNang, I recommend it as a place to visit at least once^^

Five Elements Mountains
#celebratewithtrip
Marble Mountains is a cluster of five marble and limestone hills located in Ngu Hanh Son District, around 15 kilometers south of Danang city.
The five mountains are named after the five elements: Metal, Water, Wood, Fire and Earth. All the mountains have cave entrances and numerous tunnels, several Buddhist sanctuaries can also be found within the mountains, making this a tourist attraction.
There is a lift that will bring you to several Buddhist and Hindu grottoes with additional fees. The grottoes cravings show depictions of religious scenes carved out the marble and impressive statues.
Linh Ung Pagoda Marble Mountain is one of the three Linh Ung Pagoda in Danang and it is the oldest of the three Pagoda, built in 1825.The pagoda is surrounded by mountains and trees, making the atmosphere there very fresh and comfortable. The white buddha statue is a prominent feature of the pagoda. It back facing the mountains while its front face the pagoda.

Danang: Marble Mountain
You can take a taxi from main city to here only takes about 20mins. You'll see an amazing panoramic view from the top of a mountain. Great place for a mini hike and trek to sweat it out.
Definitely go early morning as it gets hot and humid after 10am.

Danang tourist destination Blue Mountain Hell Cave 'Am Phu Cave'

Blue Mountain Amphu Cave
Da Nang's representative tourist attraction, Blue Mountain
The entire mountain is made of marble and has 5 peaks, so it is also called the Marble Mountain. I only stopped by Amphu Cave at the entrance of Marble Mountain, which is also called Hell Cave.
In the center, there are quite a few locals who offer prayers, and if you go down from there, there is Hell and an observation deck called Heaven. I went down Hell for a while and came right back up because it was a course that could be a little difficult if you are not physically strong.
It was one of the tourist attractions that I did not find attractive. 🥲

JAPAN IN THE HEART OF DA NANG
Mikazuki Hot Spring Park... designed in Japanese style. Inside there is a buffet restaurant, a children's play area. Especially there is a hot bath and sauna area. In the summer, this is a great choice to avoid the sun. Anyone traveling to Japan should visit. Adult ticket: 350k, children: 210k on weekends. It's cheaper during the week😁😁

Am Phu Cave - Da Nang, Vietnam
In the Marble Mountains there is a huge cave known as Am Phu (Hell Cave). The entrance to the cave is separate from the Marble Mountains and paid separately, do not confuse it with one of the two entrances.
It is a natural cave, inside which they recreated the atmosphere of heaven and hell in the view of Buddhists. Scenes of hellish torment are complemented by appropriate lighting and sound effects, which together can create an eerie feeling for the most impressionable visitors. But don't expect it to be scary here. In fact, it is rather funny here, and you can safely visit the cave with your children.

Marble Mountains - Da Nang, Vietnam
The Marble Mountains in Da Nang is the most popular attraction in the area. The mountains are located 7 km from Da Nang town. It’s easy to get there by taxi, bike or by public bus.
The mountains consist of five stone hills, each of which, according to local ideas, means one of the five elements of the universe and has a corresponding name.
Mount Thuy Son (Ngon Thuy Son or Water Mountain) is the only one equipped for tourists to visit: paths and steps, recreation areas have been built, and there are decorative lighting in the caves.
Here you can visit several caves with shrines and temples, climb one of the two viewing platforms. In addition to the caves, along the way you will see various Buddhist pagodas and temples.

Wuxing Mou
Wuxing Mountain is one of the most popular tourist attractions in the suburbs of Da Nang, Vietnam. It was originally a Haixin Island, and the geological changes of many years have resulted in forming so many mountains on land. The temples, pagodas, and gates of Wuxing Mountain are all south-Asian style buildings. They are almost entirely Chinese inspired and you cannot see the signs in current Vietnamese characters anywhere. The temple architecture and style are similar to those of China's Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Fujian and Taiwan. The various murals on the walls are also full of Chinese characters. One can see the profound influence of the Central Plain's culture on Vietnamese culture. The Wuxing Mountain is a combination of typical cave landscapes and odd-shaped stones. It is quite a unique experience to visit this place. Learn about the history of Vietnam and feel the Vietnamese culture here. Worth a walk!
