First visit to The LOHAS

The LOHAS is situated directly above MTR LOHAS Park Station and is an iconic new landmark in Tsuen Kwan O. According to the developer, the name LOHAS originates from the internationally recognized acronym for 'Lifestyle Of Health And Sustainability". It reflects their commitment to a greener and more sustainable community. Natural elements are integrated in the shopping mall creating a harmonious and joyful lifestyle. The LOHAS is equipped with an Ice Rink, cinema and lifestyle retailers. The shopping mall provides a comprehensive lifestyle landmark completing with leisure, entertainment and dining experiences in the hub to excite all visitors. We spent half day exploring the mall and its podium and had a causal luxury lunch set which made our day! Who is your favorite Marvel characters? Is it Captain America, Iron Man, I Pio Captain Marvel, Thor, or Spider-Man? Whoever you like, you will be amazed to see the toys displayed well at The Lohas MTR shopping mall in Lohas Park. Iron Man robot is enormous compared to other toys displayed inside the box. The toys look authentic and luxurious, and they are shown in a distance that no one can touch but see from outside the line. MTR Mall, the Lohas

rLOHAS is an acronym for Lifestyle Of Health And Sustainability. The Lohas is MTR mall. It was opened in August 2020. It's located above the Lohas Park MTR Station and is connected to the close residential building. There is an Ice rink, a supermarket named Fresh, a cinema, many cake shops, restaurants, a kids' playing area, parking space including charging stations, and motorcycle space, etc. Outside the upper floor, there's an open space where people gather, and kids play, and from there we can enjoy the view of Tseung Kwan O and the surrounding. To get to The Lohas: Lohas Park station exit B or by bus to Lohas Park station. #mtrmalls #iceskating

Chicken Rice & Laksa for dinner 😋

Address: Shop 428, 4/F, The Lohas, 1 Lohas Park Road, Tseung Kwan O I like the interior and table arrangement of this restaurant. One side is open to the corridor, and the other wall is full of glass, a mirroring effect that creates a spacious ambiance even when it is during peak hours. We ordered Hainanese chicken rice and Singaporean Laksa. Hainanese chicken rice is the signature dish, but I favor the laksa more. Having it with barley water is a perfect combination. #foodie

Located above the LOHAS Park MTR Station (exit B), this place is a home for more than 150 merchants that bring you an ultimate dining experiences, entertainment, and leisure. You can find various international restaurants, a large supermarket, and the district largest cinema. This is a good combination of enjoyment of the LOHAS Park residents and also visitor.

Japanese Izakaya inspired by Mount Fuji

Right next to The Lohas mall’s ice rink, @yamaichi_hk is a Japanese izakaya inspired by Mount Fuji, which is probably the reason why they offer a yeast pure rice sake in a mountain-shaped bottle on their menu (+$198 with set) 🇯🇵🍶 [𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐮𝐱𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝟐] We shared this set among the four of us, as we got to try pretty much every category on the menu without having to think 🤣The portions were quite generous, so we think it’s suitable to share among 2-3 people 🤭 The set is comprised of 3 small appetisers, fresh sashimi and sushi (includes toro and uni!), tempuras, skewers (the prawn was a little troublesome to deskin), rice (we got the matsuba crab meat and paste with chopped tuna), miso soup and dessert (matcha mochis) 🤑 [𝐔𝐒 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐬 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐒𝐮𝐤𝐢𝐲𝐚𝐤𝐢 𝐏𝐨𝐭] We also got the sukiyaki pot, which was not as good value for money compared to the set 😕 The thinly-sliced beef was nicely marbled, but there were only 4 pieces while the variety of veggies was also limited 📍 Yamaichi Shop 319, 3/F, The LOHAS, 1 Lohas Park Road (MTR exit B) #foodie #hongkong #japanesefood
