Chef Wan, being a very famous celebrity chef in Malaysia, operated several restaurants under the flagship of his name. This restaurant called De Wan 1958 is one of his main flagship store where they serves authentic Malay style cuisine prepared wholehearted. There are several signature dishes such as Satay, Ayam Kapitan, Ekor bakar, Sotong sambal petai, Daging Rendang etc. The mixed blend spices are estimated just nice with harmony and you dont find any dishes too hot or too salty. To add on, De Wan 1958 has also been awarded a Bib Gourmand status by Michelin in 2023. It is a good place to dine in especially for bigger families. #newyearadventure

The food presentation was incredibly awesome. No doubt on the taste, as the owner always insisted on the freshness of ingredients. It’s been a while I’ve gone to this mall called The Linc in Jalan Tun Razak Kuala Lumpur. It’s centrally located at Jalan Tun Razak or nearby Jalan Ampang. As it’s a pet friendly cafe I brought my puppy there and as usual pets have to be leashed in the cafe and at the mall they can only be in their carrier bags. It’s a relatively new mall with great restaurants and some convenient shops. Parking space are available and it’s only on one level so you don’t need to take any elevators to look for your cars. Food is good and the cafe is great with the feel of a garden and nature. it’s located at ground floor and it’s just at the road frontage so it’s easy to find.

Neighbourhood mall with unique aesthetics which is obviously done for the IG brownie points. Built around an old tree, which makes for a nice natural feature. Lots of food options, and a supermarket. Also a place to look for knick-knacks and products from local artists. Only ground floor parking available. Look out interesting art installations located on the grounds. #malaysia
