We checked into this hotel on Christmas Eve and upon arrival, the hotel staff served us hot tea and freshly baked sweet potatoes. Afterwards, we provided sleeping tea and fruits. The overall environment is very comfortable. Even though the weather was very cold that day, the hotel has sufficient insulation facilities. The service staff was attentive, especially the housekeepers Xiao Chen and Xiao Wu, who provided great service, responded quickly to messages, and recommended many activities to us at Fairy Mountain. Will definitely visit this hotel again if I have the chance.

I love Zhuoya Hotel so much! Every staff member is nice. It was already dark when we arrived at the hotel last night. The taxi took us to the previous front desk location first, but the coffee shop staff took the initiative to call a taxi for us and took us to the front desk. After walking through the tiankeng and ground fissures, we were tired and cold, so we arrived at the hotel and had a good rest.
