The house by ginger
The shop is located on Moon Muang Road, Si Phum Subdistrict, Mueang Chiang Mai District, Chiang Mai Province 50200
✨A Michelin Guide restaurant with a chic and contemporary atmosphere in Chiang Mai city
✨Serving both Northern Thai recipes and modern fusion menus that are easy to eat. There are many menus to choose from.
✨The highlight of the shop is the use of premium ingredients such as New Zealand beef, as well as organic vegetables and fresh herbs that are harvested daily from the nearby Ginger Farm.
✨The interior of the shop is decorated in a warm, simple style like eating at home, but still maintaining the Michelin Guide level. There are quite a lot of seats, many zones, a variety of small and large tables.
✨The menus we tried were Cho Muang and Jib Nok, appetizers served as dumplings in the shape of purple flowers and white birds, a total of 8 pieces, served with coconut milk.
✨Spicy Scallop Salad with Makwaen, which is a Michelin Guide menu. We think the taste is quite good. The scallops are a bit bland, but when eaten with the sauce, it tastes good.
✨Tom Yum Goong, the taste is quite good. There are large shrimps, steamed seafood in young coconut, the taste is well-rounded. Seafood is also quite a lot.
✨In addition, there are also desserts, snacks, and drinks, such as sago in coconut milk with longan, caramelized bananas with coconut milk ice cream, and carrot cake.
