Knowing that the Tsim Sha Tsui branch offers a lunch set (available even on weekends) at a reasonable price, I decided to give it a try. The Executive Lunch Menu includes soup, salad, main course, dessert, and a drink. I chose the Seafood Tagliatelle as the main course. The soup of the day was cauliflower soup, which was rich, smooth, and healthy. The salad🥗 was Caesar romaine lettuce🥬, fresh and crisp. The handmade pasta did not disappoint. Both types of pasta had a good texture, not too soft. The Carbonara was creamy, not too dry or too wet, just enough to coat the pasta. The Seafood Tagliatelle had a rich lobster🦞 sauce flavor. The scallops were seared nicely, not overcooked or tough. The mussels were cooked just until they opened, making them tender. The dessert was a piece of cheesecake🍰, not too dense or dry, but slightly moist.
