#wheretogo Centrally located in the heart of Georgetown . It’s just opposite Komtar . This is newly built hotel it’s look so luxury when u entering to the lobby . Parking:- It’s automated lift parking . One of the good thing about the hotel it no need to find car park, there is one assistant there to assist on the car park . Hotel :- Newly built in Y 2022 , the hotel still new and in good condition . Room :- The king size bed is so comfortable it’s like 5 star hotel bedding . View not so much as I’m on a low floor basically to see the rooftop of the houses only . Full amenities and welcome gift back on local product . Facilities :- Roof top swimming pool and gym. You can see the Komtar building right in-front of u. Roof top garden as well on the other building , saw some weddings shooting or cocking held at the roof top transparent garden. Not bad to have wedding here too Attraction nearby:- Walking distance to many near by attraction & local food . Within 5 mins walk to:- 1. KOMTAR - access to the Top Penang 2. 1sr avenue - Shopping mall there is a cinema inside 3. 888 prawn me - just a short walk. They served delicious prawn noodles in this restaurant . 4. Morning wet market - they are many good local Hawker food inside . 5. Many more just waiting for you to explore Take note:- You need to book for new hotel room not the studio type. The studio type is old service apartment . Also the hotel just right beside the traffic light is easy to miss the turn. What more? The Granite Luxury Hotel ✨

The location is also great woth easy access to many local restaurants, shopping mall and some of the famous attractions within Georgetown. The service at the reception was very nice. We were greeted warmly and were served a nutmeg drink as we were checking in. Our room was ready so we got our room earlier than normal. The room was clean and comfy, the bed in the room was also comfortable. Besides the usual complimentary tea and coffee, there were bottles of water provided that we refrigerated and then refilled from a water dispenser just outside the room. Overall, we loved our stay at The Granite Hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room is spotlessly clean. Front desk service was superb. If you’re here do check out their Mirage Pool Deck and the Rooftop Bar. They even have gym and elevated car park. Highly recommended hotel in Georgetown. 👍🏽

#penangtrip The best location and strategically position in downtown (opposite Komtar). Check into room 802 on the 1st Oct with a family of two adult and two under twelve children’s, the Serene Suite is spacious and comfortable enough to fit in family of four. The hotel provide shuttle service in the morning to places of interest around downtown. The staff member are very kind and helpful through the stay. Will definitely return to stay here again in future.

Best hotel in Georgetown!

We spent two nights here on leisure trip and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to all attraction places with walking distance. Right opposite which are Komtar, as well as some other shopping in the city. As for the room, even though being small. but it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having couple trip.#awesomepic #besthotel

Had a pleasant stay at Granite Hotel @Penang. The room design is elegant. Their car park is automated parking which provided a free parking 🅿️ for each room. Address - The Granite Luxury Hotel is formally known as M Summit 191 Executive Hotel Suites. Strategically located opposite of Komtar. Ambiance/Facilities - Hotel lobby is spacious. The luxury room that me staying, comes with comfortable king bed, exclusive toiletries, as well as coffee machines. The room had been design with an extravagant look mix with a soft texture, makes me feel calm and more relaxing. Their infinity swimming pool at level 13 also had a great view overlooking George Town. Highlights - This hotel is unique and did offer their guest to enjoy everything Penang has while escape with their day to day life. 😊 Avg. Firstly, we apologise that your room was not ready when you arrived as we are currently shorthanded, we are doing our best to get all our suites spick and span before our valued guests can check-in. We understand that this is our fault and will address this problem accordingly. To clarify, we have SOPs that are to be strictly followed by our guests, however there is a minority that do not follow the instructions. We have already advised them to put on their masks but they refused. We believe that everyone should do their part, and in place, we have done ours to stop the spread of the virus by providing hand sanitisers and keeping the suites clean. For food delivery, we do not serve food delivered from 3rd parties to your doorstep as we believe that this is unhygienic, hence we are sorry to trouble you to collect your own food. For the bellboy issue, we are very sorry that this has happened and we will bring this up to our management immediately. Thank you for choosing us and we hope to see you again in the near future.
