If I could only go to one place in Bangkok, I would definitely choose this place
🇹🇭I've been playing in Bangkok for a week, and this is my favorite place~
The Erawan Museum
It's the kind of place that will make you go 'wow' as soon as you walk in.
-
💛The ticket price on site is 400 baht, but it's a bit cheaper for foreigners, you can book it online for 50-60R.
-
The best time for taking photos is from 16 to 17 o'clock, the only downside is that there is no air conditioning inside, the day we went was cool, otherwise it would be a bit like a steamer.
-
❤️Outfit suggestions:
Any color that matches with pink is super suitable, such as light blue, white, silver, light gold.
A flowing long skirt will add more beauty~
-
🚌Transportation:
221,99/9, Tambon Bang Muang Mai, Amphoe Mueang Samut Prakan, Chang Wat Samut Prakan
Take the BTS Sukhumvit line to Chang Erawan station exit 2, it's about a 10-minute walk.
-
❤️Photo angles:
1⃣The classic front entrance, wide angle, can accommodate more space, the photo is super shocking
2⃣The stairs on the left and right sides are symmetrical, you can take a top-down shot from anywhere, one side is pink, the other side is white, both are beautiful
3⃣Take a shot from the stairs to the ceiling, this dome is just too beautiful for words
4⃣There are also many angles outside, as long as it's in the sunlight, any shot will be beautiful

Meticulous architecture structure and design, the wall & floor textures and patterns are really complex but all are matching with each other's. Although it's a temple but the color that shown romantic, suitable for couple to visit, I love it so much.
Other that that, the food stall there are delicious for me (everyone has different tasted), the price are between 50~100 depends what food you order.

Erawan Museum in Bangkok
After so many trips to Bangkok I decided to visit Erawan Museum. I took BTS train in Siam Station and arrived to Chang Erawan station. it tools me around 40 minutes. From Chang Erawan BTS station I took exit 1 and walk around 15 minutes to museum. You can buy tickets on the entrance for 400 THB, or book online here with cheaper prices. Next to the tickets booth you can buy some Thai snacks and drinks.
Museum itself is wonderful. Looks like a mix of Chinese, Thai and Indian cultures. Many interesting things to discover for yourself. Museum surrounded with many elephants.
This place is also very instagramable. You can take a lot of nice photos.

Stunning pink museum in Bangkok 💗💗
Famous for its giant three-headed elephant art display, Erawan Museum is divided into three main floors according to the Hindu representation of the universe, which consists of the Underworld, Earth, and Heaven.
Mesmerized by the stained-glass roof as you walk up the stairways the moment you entered the museum. The highest floor is what Thais believe to be heaven, is painted with a star map and exhibits various buddha statues. Don't forget to check out their small but neat garden and their shrines on your way out.
🚝 easiest way to reach is by train (about 35mins ride from the city center, with 10mins walk from Chang Erawan BTS).
🎟 400 baht for foreigners
⏰ 9am - 7pm. Best time to visit is in the morning or nearer to closing time for a lesser crowd although this place isn’t as crowded as Wat Arun or the Grand Palace. We reached around 10am and have the whole place to (almost) ourselves.
👗 no sleeveless attires and above knee-length skirts or pants.

Bangkok Check-in | Must-visit Pink Palace 💗 The Erawan Museum
Bangkok's off-the-beaten-path attractions, easily accessible by BTS.
Girl's heart bursting pink palace.
🐘The Erawan Museum Bangkok, Museum of Three-Headed Elephant
💖
The Erawan Museum is different from traditional temples. The atmosphere here is full of love and hope, and it is a comprehensive museum that integrates the universe and the gods.
The pink building is really eye-catching, and the interior of the museum is also in pink tones. The dragon-shaped staircase leads to the top, symbolizing reaching the heavens. The statues and murals along the stairs are full of details.
The top glass window of the universe is very shocking, like the universe enveloping everything.
The top museum is the world beyond the universe, where the atmosphere is even more serious and quiet.
🚇The transportation to the museum is very convenient! Take the BTS Sukhumvit Line to Chang Erawan Station (E17), Exit 2, and walk about 1km for approximately 10 minutes.
📝
1. No drinks or food allowed to be brought in.
2. Shoes must be taken off before entering the museum (there is a place to put shoes at the entrance).
3. No entry in tank tops, halter dresses, or super short shorts.
4. It is recommended to go early for indoor photography, as there are many guests in the afternoon.
Elephants on top of a Museum?!
Marvel at this shrine and museum due to its unique features inside and outside! I was in awe. The level of details on each pillars.
You'll also get to learn more about Siam porcelains and potteries. You will also read about how Chinese and Europeans influenced Thai crafts.
You should pay a visit and make sure to go to the top. It's a surprise to me that's why I didn't include the pictures for that.

An AMAZING experience. Come to this place just to view the beautiful architecture or touch the Elephants. The natural beauty is incredibly mesmerizing as well! There are all sorts of Buddhist and Hindu gods here to pray to & the incredible part is how they incorporate the stories and lessons of all the well known religions around the world. The mini "secret" at the top (which is the blue-ish pic) was a wonderful place to get blessed at too. Many prosperity and abundance is said to have been received from here. Come with your heart open :)
one of my fav places yet on my solo trip to Thailand! @ samut prakan!

Bangkok has everything you need, but sometimes it’s fun to venture out for a bit. The, “elephant museum” is the perfect detour.
The museum is well-known and recognized for the giant, three headed elephant statue coming out of the top of the temple. In fact, it’s the largest hand carved statue in the world
Erawan Museum is decked out in intricately carved staircases and wall fixtures. Inside and outside, it boasts gorgeous shades of pastel and fluorescent pinks. Crazy to believe this place was practically handmade.

Are you into Artifacts? One of the best place to get to know more about Thailand ❤️
The Erawan Museum is known for its giant three-headed elephant art sculpture as exterior. This is the first and biggest hand-carved sculpture in the world--43 meters high. Interesting place to visit if you have time to spare. Good place to snap some photos and to observe Buddhist culture. Place is easy to visit via the Chang-Erawan BTS station from Bangkok city center. Short taxi ride is required upon exiting the station but on return, free shuttle from museum is available.
Erawan Museum, truly stands to be called one of Bangkok’s most unique attractions.
The Erawan Museum houses one of Thailand’s most exquisite private art collections while simultaneously serving as a visual representation of the three-tiered cosmology of Thailand’s Theravada Buddhism: the underworld, the human world and the heavens.
The Erawan Museum was commissioned to be built by Mr. Lek Viriyapant (Prapai Viriyapant), in order to preserve his personal collection of antiques and sacred objects in a manner that would contribute to Thai heritage.
Museum quest mission
The Erawan Museum in Bangkok is housed in a colossal three-headed elephant monument atop an equally massive pedestal. The 250-tonne structure, made of solid copper, stands 29 meters tall and 39 meters long. It's a little outside of Bangkok, in Samut Prakan, but you can reach there by taking the BTS Skytrain (Sukhumvit Line) to Pu Chao Station. The museum is located around 1.7 kilometers south of the station. The three levels of the Erawan Museum in Bangkok represent the underworld, human earth, and heaven. Rare eastern antiquities, religious imagery, and psychedelic décor can be seen throughout the museum.

I have a pink nightmare
here is a museum that girls will fall in love with, and the long-awaited Bangkok Three Elephants Museum!
A pink world full of girls. The pink dreamy hall, two winding stairs, one pink and one white. The stained glass on the top of the head is a map of the world and the zodiac. Looking up, I feel the universe is vast.
In Thailand, there is a three-headed statue museum with a small but young girls heart! The overall matte-like palace-like architecture is like entering a super-dreamy pink castle, it is really difficult to connect it to the museum.
This museum full of Thai characteristics is located in Samut Prakan, Bangkok. It is a private museum. The appearance of the museum's three-headed elephant god began in 1994 and was hired by local craftsmen. Slowly repaired. There were many miracles occurred during the construction period, so until now, there are countless people going to visit the temple every day, and it can be counted as a sacred elephant.
The appearance of the museum is full of fried chicken. When you walk into the museum, it is gorgeous! Exquisite carvings, curved staircases, and ceilings made of Western stained glass and zodiac. Each design is amazing and beautiful!
Here, the photo is also good to see hin, the powder door and the spiral staircase, all the shots are dreamy blockbuster, fried chicken is beautiful! In particular, the super-swing spiral staircase of the powder, the filming rate is high, attracting countless little fairies to come and punch!
TIPS: I want to take a photo of Meimei, I suggest you try it as early as possible. And respect the temple dress regulations, can not wear short skirt shorts, fairy skirts will be more suitable. In addition, the location of the museum is relatively remote, it is recommended that driving in the past will be more convenient and free.

The Erawan Museum
#thailandtrip Absolutely beautiful! It's about a 25 minute walk from the BTS terminal, so go early to beat the heat if you are using the BTS to get there. They offer free audio guides if you are interested, but we chose not to use it. Please remember to dress modest (or use a wrap or sarong offered for free use) and remove your shoes before entering out of respect. Take time to not only enjoy the inside, but all the beauty outside as well. Grab a bite to eat and/or drink at the Cafe afterwards.
【Bangkok Attractions】The Erawan Museum: A Display of Thai Cultural Artifacts, Delve into Thai Religious Beliefs and Cultural Heritage.
The Erawan Museum in Bangkok, Thailand, is famous for its huge three-headed elephant statue, symbolizing the guardian of the Eastern universe.
The museum's interior showcases a rich collection of Thai cultural artifacts, including antiques, religious art, and royal collections. This unique building is not only an exhibition space but also a spiritual place that integrates elements of Buddhism, Hinduism, and Brahmanism.
Here, one can admire the exquisite craftsmanship and treasures of ancient Thai culture and gain a deeper understanding of Thailand's religious beliefs and cultural heritage through its spectacular architecture and exhibits.
The Three-Headed Elephant Museum in Bangkok is worth a visit (Part 2)
When it comes to this Three-Headed Elephant Museum (also known as the Pink Temple), as a Chinese, I should be proud again. Both here and the 72 Prefecture Scenic Area (Ancient City of Siam, will be introduced in detail later) are from the hands of Mr. Lin Guohua, a Thai-Chinese. Although it is called a museum, the exquisite architecture and the majestic momentum are far beyond ordinary museums. Sitting in the car, you can see a huge circular pink building and a three-headed elephant sitting on the building from a distance! The exhibition area on the first floor is not allowed to take pictures, all of which are part of the cultural relics collected by Mr. Lin in Thailand. By the way, if you have been to Pattaya and seen a black temple with pure wooden mortise and tenon structure, that also belongs to him. Following the stairs upwards, the second floor represents the world, and the third floor represents heaven. Everywhere you look, every brick, stone, wood, and mirror has its own changes, especially the entire circular roof, which is the map of the entire world. Under the universal sky, we are all one family!

Erawan Museum is a must-visit place in Bangkok, though it might be a bit far from the usual tourist spots from Bangkok, I guarantee that it’s very much worth your time. I can also say you might regret not coming here especially if you are into architecture and interior details. From the exterior color to the majestic detailing of the interiors, everything about this museum screams whimsical! I actually did not realize this at first but you can go inside the elephant structure at the top. How could you pass up the opportunity to be inside the belly of the elephant?
Although what you see might be very fairy tale-like, the whole temple grounds is considered to be sacred. The museum is divided into 3 levels: the basement (exhibition), 1st floor, and the elephant belly which symbolizes heaven. The stairway at the 1st floor is creaky haha, I definitely took my time going up. Once we were at the belly of the elephant, I still can’t believe I’m inside it. Haha. I was really super curious how it was constructed and where are the structural supports as the belly is also hollow and doesn’t show any structural support inside.
I super enjoyed this visit more than I thought I would. Shoes aren’t allowed inside and I believe individual photos of the Gods inside the belly aren’t allowed, so please be careful. One is supposed to be quiet and respectful once inside the belly.

Bangkok Travel | Full of girlish heart The art palace in the garden Hidden and great
✈️After a few years, I finally set off for Bangkok again. After a few years, the happy old home is still there, and many new landmarks and temples have been updated. Especially the Three-Headed Elephant Museum, when I first saw it, I thought how could there be such a pink elephant museum, until I really went to visit, it was indescribable, beautiful and beautiful, a wonderful place full of art and religious atmosphere.
🕍It is actually a private museum, built by a rich businessman over more than ten years. The most eye-catching is the "Three-Headed Elephant" pure copper statue weighing 250 tons and 16 stories high. It has an oriental charm and displays the exquisite beauty of Thai and Asian cultural relics. The entire museum is divided into "M World", "Human World" and "Heaven". Through the elevator in the elephant's leg, you can explore the mysterious secrets of the Thai elephant god.
🛕In the underground layer, we can appreciate the charm of traditional Thai cultural relics and antiques, and the human world is a paradise of art, psychedelic decorations, and magnificent architectural carvings, which are dazzling.
🧭Visit order:
Three-Headed Elephant Museum-Left Four-Faced Buddha-Garden-Backyard
The architecture of the garden is a bit like coming to Xishuangbanna, each plant decoration has its own color, the types of flowers and trees are mainly Southeast Asian plants, the vegetation is lush, and it is obviously carefully trimmed by someone.
🌲The garden design concept in Thailand is also the same as ours, such as the auspicious ridge beasts, dragons, elephants, turtles, etc. symbolizing the palace, and here are dragons, seahorses, etc. placed in the water, I guess it is to suppress the water and the water area. The continuity effect. Elephants, as the mascots of Thailand, are escorting at the end of the pool.
🕌There is an incense place in front of each Buddha statue, you can freely take incense from the small box, and put it into the merit box. The square in front of the elephant and the outside of the door can place holy objects, flowers and elephant mascots.
🕙Tour time: 1 and a half hours
👉There are 3 floors in the museum, you can go upstairs, the online climbing is a bit steep. If you have bad legs and feet, you can choose the elevator on the right to go directly to the top.
🏛️There is also a thousand-year-old Guanyin in the museum. Before stepping on the steps, you need to take off your shoes to show respect and piety. The entire museum is like a palace of art, every detail is a masterpiece, it is dazzling. Through the earth painting composed of colored glass, it shows the art forms of the West and the East, making people feel like they are in heaven.
⚠️Note: Don't wear revealing clothes, the bag can be stored at the entrance where someone is watching. It is recommended to go early if you want to watch the museum without people.
🏬There are many museum specialty products in the cultural and creative shop at the door, the price is fair and reasonable, suitable for buying souvenirs.
🚇Travel: You can take the Sukhumvit Line to Chang Erawan Station and then walk there.
🎫Tickets: 50RMB can be purchased on site or booked in advance on the website
🏚️The ticket collection point is a row of small houses on the right hand side as soon as you enter the door, and you can show your passport.
🕙Business hours: 9:00- 18:00 every day The latest admission time: 17:00
🙏This new Bangkok art resort, not only can appreciate traditional Thai culture, but also feel the mysterious atmosphere of religion. The beautiful miracles and four pillars all tell the true meaning of religious stories and world peace, quiet in the eyes, quiet in the heart.
Bangkok's niche citywalk holy land
🐘Three-headed God Statue Museum (THE ERAWAN MUSEUM)
Ever since the intimate contact with elephants at the Chiang Mai Elephant Camp, I particularly like the attractions with elephant elements. There is a niche three-headed God Statue Museum (THE ERAWAN MUSEUM) in the suburbs of Bangkok, so we rushed to visit it as soon as we got off the plane.
🚇Route: Get off at BTS Line E14-Bearing and take a tuk-tuk
🎫Tickets: Buy electronic tickets in advance, which is both preferential and queue-free
🇹🇭Let's take a look at the stunning elephant sculpture of the Three-headed God Statue Museum and the beautiful decoration inside the museum. It is really a good place for artistic photos. Remember to dress in a local Thai style, which is more in line with the shooting scene. Also, there are quite a few internet celebrities taking pictures. If you want to take pictures without being disturbed by the background, it's best to come here as soon as the door opens!!!
First stop for the New Year | Exploring the mysteries of the deity culture
The Three-headed Elephant Museum is a private museum, about 16 stories high, jointly built by the builder of the Truth Temple, Thai-Chinese tycoon Varian Pan and his wife, founded in 1994, it is a good place to explore the mysteries of Thai elephant deity culture.

Before entering the scenic area, you can see the three-headed elephant statue from a distance, which is a local landmark.
🌈Highlights:
🌟The hall is supported by four large pillars, the ceiling is Western painted glass paired with a world map and a zodiac map, looking up, it is very shocking‼️ The entire hall is magnificent, every detail is a masterpiece, like a fine art, beautifully carved and painted.
