Macau Food Guide: The Elegant Dining Experience at The Eight Restaurant
Recently, I visited the highly popular "The Eight Restaurant" in Macau, located on the second floor of the Grand Lisboa Hotel. This long-established restaurant has been awarded Michelin stars for several consecutive years, and after experiencing it, I truly fell in love with it!
The set menu is priced at MOP 2,680, and the wine pairing costs MOP 980 (each dish is thoughtfully paired with a different wine). However, if you're not a fan of wine, you can skip the wine pairing, as I barely drank any myself.
The service is incredibly attentive! For every dish served, the staff would patiently and thoroughly introduce the dish's features in fluent Mandarin, Cantonese, or English, making the dining experience absolutely delightful.
Among all the dishes, the lemon 🍋 ice cream left the deepest impression on me. Its refreshing and tangy flavor was perfect for cleansing the palate, and it was truly unique and memorable!
