Although I don’t really like the noisy Grand Lisboa which is like a vegetable market, it not only has a superior geographical location on the island and a precious collection of gambling king’s artworks on the first floor, but also has two Michelin "three-star" restaurants, which really surpasses other casinos! 🌟In addition to the famous Robuchon French restaurant, the other 8 restaurant is a more affordable 3-star restaurant option😋The first time I went there, it was still a one-star restaurant. It was selected as a Michelin two-star restaurant in 2011, and was promoted to a three-star restaurant in 2014. In the blink of an eye, it has maintained this rating for ten years! The reservation registration is always full, and its outstanding features are definitely the environment, food presentation and service! 🌟As you walk into the corridor, you will be pleasantly surprised by the flowing goldfish projected in 3D, sensing your steps. The interior design style is Chinese red and black, and the diamond gold ball in the center is shining and impressive. Restaurant 8, located on the second floor of the Grand Lisboa, is the only high-end Chinese restaurant in Macau that has been awarded the "three-star" award by the "Michelin Guide Hong Kong and Macau" for ten consecutive years. The meal was exquisite and delicious. The complimentary appetizer was abalone. All the dim sum were delicious. The suckling pig rice required reservation. The suckling pig was super crispy and fragrant. The dessert was Portuguese tart and milk tea. The milk tea was a little too sweet, but everything else was very good. . #Macau Food #Macau Hotel

Recently, I visited the highly popular "The Eight Restaurant" in Macau, located on the second floor of the Grand Lisboa Hotel. This long-established restaurant has been awarded Michelin stars for several consecutive years, and after experiencing it, I truly fell in love with it! The set menu is priced at MOP 2,680, and the wine pairing costs MOP 980 (each dish is thoughtfully paired with a different wine). However, if you're not a fan of wine, you can skip the wine pairing, as I barely drank any myself. The service is incredibly attentive! For every dish served, the staff would patiently and thoroughly introduce the dish's features in fluent Mandarin, Cantonese, or English, making the dining experience absolutely delightful. Among all the dishes, the lemon 🍋 ice cream left the deepest impression on me. Its refreshing and tangy flavor was perfect for cleansing the palate, and it was truly unique and memorable! Transportation Guide: 🚗 By Car/Taxi: Set your destination to "Grand Lisboa Hotel." The hotel has a parking lot, and taxis can drop you off directly at the main entrance, making it very convenient. 🚌 By Bus: Take bus routes 1, 3, 3A, 4, 6A, 7, 8A, 10, 10A, 11, 18, 19, 21A, 26A, or 33, and get off at the "Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro/Campo Street" stop. From there, it's about a 5-minute walk to the hotel. 🆓 Casino Shuttle Bus: Free shuttle buses are available from major terminals (Macau Ferry Terminal, Taipa Ferry Terminal), border checkpoints (Border Gate, Lotus Bridge), and the airport to the Grand Lisboa Hotel. Restaurant 8, located on the 2nd floor of the Grand Lisboa Hotel, specializes in exquisite dim sum and high-end Cantonese cuisine. During lunch time, there are dozens of carefully designed dim sum, such as goldfish dumplings, hedgehog barbecued pork buns, etc. They are small and cute, and very suitable for checking in. The dim sum at Restaurant 8 comes with 3 pieces per plate. If there are more than 3 people, you can order more according to the number of people, so just order 5 pieces directly. Michelin restaurants are indeed of a certain standard. The Blue Angel shrimp and goldfish dumplings are exquisite and cute in appearance, even the tiny scales of the goldfish are carved on them. The skin is thin and the filling is delicious, and the shrimp is super fresh and sweet. Hedgehog barbecue pork buns are exquisite and cute, with soft buns, sweet barbecue pork filling, and the bottom is fried until slightly crispy, super delicious. The must-order dish at Restaurant 8 is the whole suckling pig with rice. Reservations must be made two days in advance. You can order half a suckling pig or a whole suckling pig, which will be cut into 4 or 8 pieces after it is served. This is the best roast suckling pig I have ever eaten. The shiny and crispy skin breaks easily when bitten; the lower layer is rich and smooth with fat, almost melting in your mouth. This restaurant is at Level 2, Grand Lisboa hotel, Macau. My family and i went to this restaurant for lunch during visiting the Macau. We can consider as group traveler because not 2 or 3 person, is totally 8 person. One of the signature dishes is Steamed Dumplings with Cristal Blue Shrimps in Goldfish Shape. Very delicious. All traveller must go and have lunch or dinner at this restaurant because the food taste is comfirm very nice and is a very creative chinese food in Macau.The dinning environment is grand and the decoration of the restaurant was amazing.After dining, comfirm can take a group picture inside this restaurant as memories.

Luckily, this hotel has a wide range for you to choose from.
