Coffee & Breakfats in Soho
If you are unfamiliar this is a very crowded area and during peak hours it gets stuffy. So, I visited the cupping room for a late breakfast and try the latte from my last trip. I like when places take part in coffee competitions and work on their coffee game.
While the prices for breakfast and the qualities in fancy dishes involving avocado etc is not amusing. I think their latte continues to be one of the best in hong kong. It's thicker than any other place while retaining the coffee flavour and not turning it into all about milk. Even the matcha latte was good. Might be worth a try if you are into coffee. The space upstairs is decent my breakfast tasted good.

Latest! New Cupping Room in Central
Cupping Room's new branch in Central is located at the intersection of Hollywood Road and Peel Street. The curved glass window offers a view of the bustling Central cityscape. Visited last weekend with friends for a leisurely brunch, very chill.
All-day Breakfast $148
Highly recommended! Two eggs, two sausages, two bacons, along with salad greens, avocado, cherry tomatoes, large mushrooms, hash browns, and toast. The large portion is definitely an energy booster for the whole day!
Garlic Squid Ink Pasta $148
The moment it's served, the garlic aroma hits you. The pasta is spicy and flavorful, paired with several large prawns, delicious.
Mixed Berry French Toast $128
The French toast here is one of the signature desserts, with a texture between souffle and pudding. Crispy on the outside, eggy on the inside. Paired with sweet and fresh mixed berries, very satisfying.
Hojicha Latte $55
Latte $55
Cupping Room's coffee has always maintained a high standard. The hojicha latte is very rich, with a slightly sweet tea powder, smooth and not astringent, satisfying.
I really love the curved large window in the new store. Sipping good coffee while looking at the most beautiful urban landscape in Central, it's extra relaxing ♥
