[2025 Hong Kong Restaurant] Travel Guide for The Chairman (Updated Mar)

The chairman is amongst the most difficult of places to get a reservation in time. Yet, I have been fortunate to eat here twice within a month. Once with friends and another time on a special ocassion. The menu is mostly preset. You can choose 3 appetizers and 3 mains. The drunken crab is a must try although a bit too heavy for me. Certain items and their portion sizes were surprisingly huge and may seem too much for small appetite eaters. The Service was thoughtful. They have a trolley with boxes and bags. Seems like taking away food is not uncommon. Restaurant uses high quality produce in their dishes. The steamed fresh flower crab with aged shaoxing wine is a must if you go. Are choosing to visit the large class building for many years! This time again a lot of new friends, but there is 1/3 of the new dishes, which is also surprising, we have a happy night, I hope to continue into the future, I wish you good health, eat and play. Everything here is super good, the service goes without saying, everyone is very nice, attitude is good, the place environment is good, so I often recommend friends over! #chairman the Restaurant place is very cozy . the decor is modern with limited seating . I have try 10 dishes . the best dish is the abalone is very fresh and chewy . I love the soup is with the vegetables and meat . I like the deep fried yam is very crunchy and sweet . the rice with soup is very nice can taste the tangerine peel and the meat is very sweet and tender . I Love the deep fried pigs tale is very crunchy .
