The outdoors is surrounded by green plants, sitting there, feeling the breeze, it is extremely comfortable. 🥩Unexpected beef belly This dish is definitely a feast for the eyes and taste. The chef personally pushed the dining car to light the fire, and the scene was very spectacular. Staying in Guangzhou for a few days, I ate so much. Everything tasted so good. At first, I thought it would be unfamiliar to my taste, but after eating more, everything turned out to be delicious. I didn't dare to eat anything in Thailand, but when I went to China, I could eat it right away. LOL But there were many things I really didn't dare to eat, such as pigeons. I had the chance to try Chinese coconut water. I poured it into a glass. At first, I thought the color was like water and turmeric, but I still consoled myself that it was okay. It might not be the color, but it tasted good. But then, when I took the first bite, it was real coconut milk. 😂

It was my first time to visit this restaurant. I came to Guangzhou from Hong Kong to try it with my friends. The menu we had was Chef Louis' Testing Meun. The overall taste was good. 😋 There are a total of twelve dishes, which use a lot of seafood ingredients and a design that combines Japanese and French elements. It is a very unique experience. Each dish is full of creativity, the restaurant environment is comfortable and atmospheric, and the interior decoration is very artistic. There are a few dishes that are particularly memorable. The chawanmushi appetizer, the smooth steamed egg paired with the tender pan-fried yellow croaker fillet is delicious, and then the main course of roasted gilthead sea bream and fried Gillette venison, which are also cooked just right. The meat is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a delicious taste. It is paired with a rich homemade sauce, which is worth praising. Finally, there is the dessert of corn cake made with different methods, corn ice cream, popcorn, corn crisps and osmanthus soy milk. Frothy, sweet and refreshing finish, satisfying. Special thanks to the CHOWA team and restaurant chef Louis for their efforts in allowing me to enjoy this delicious and happy dinner. CHOWA is a rare high-quality fine restaurant in Guangzhou. It is located in Guangyue Tiandi, Tianhe District. The restaurant focuses on Japanese and French fusion style.
