It is a multi level building with quaint little cafes and stores selling random artsy stuff like tote bags. The building is quite old, but was really cool! You can choose to explore the building by taking the stairs or taking the escalator (which comes with a certain charges). There are many cafes in the apartment block, like the famous Arabica coffee store from Kyoto, poke bowls. We entered Arabica coffee store and they do have a beautiful view overlooking the streets of Ho Chi Minh city centre, however the seats are quite limited. I wish to travel to Hong Kong for the food!

#2月好去2025 Very cool old building with many coffee shops on most floors! I went to the cafe on the ninth floor! There is a 3000 VND charge to use the lift but this is refunded once you pay for your coffee. I tried the egg coffee, coconut coffee and everything was delicious! The view from the balcony was amazing too! I will definitely come here again and try other coffee shops! If you're in the area, it's worth checking this place out! Need to point out that the egg coffee seems to be the best in Hanoi, we couldn't find any that was up to Hanoi standards! Before coming to Vietnam, I heard that the coffee in Ho Chi Minh City is great! After arriving in Ho Chi Minh City, I found that Starbucks definitely can't survive here, because the coffee in any coffee shop in Ho Chi Minh City is delicious! The coffee apartment in Ho Chi Minh City is also very unique. I heard that the whole building is a coffee shop. When you enter the gate, there is an elevator, but the elevator here actually charges. There is a staff member sitting next to the elevator to collect money. It is estimated that the fee will not be very expensive! I chose to go up the stairs and see what shops are on each floor. The corridor is quite narrow and a bit steep! Maybe because the locals in Ho Chi Minh City are not tall and they are all thin. It seems that there is only one shop on one floor, or two shops. In the end, I chose a random floor. I forgot whether it was the 5th or 6th floor. I entered a coffee shop. Although the coffee shop looks small, it is very characteristic. The decoration inside makes people feel comfortable, cozy, and lazy. There are many beautiful coffee cups and plates on the wall, which are very characteristic! There are also tables on the balcony, and the background is beautiful. Internet celebrities can take beautiful photos and check in here. We ordered the most famous egg coffee, American style, and condensed milk coffee. As expected, it was delicious as always! Away from work, sitting here drinking coffee, looking at the scenery outside the window, chatting with friends, it is very cozy and comfortable! #2024wish Finally here in the cafe apartment , is really cool from the exterior you can see many different type of coffee shop from the building . There are many ppl taking some nice picture at the outside . Once you go inside the building you required to pay a small fees to take the lift . It’s total of 8th floor here I decided to walk up tot he stairs as I wanted to look around what’s inside. Inside is combination of cafe, shop & living room. It’s kind of mix. You won’t feel tired if you slowly walk up and to see whats kind of shop available at the different floor. Overall recommended visit is kind of interesting.
