Address : 559 Ratchaprarop Rd, Makkasan, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400, Thailand How to get there: We took a taxi from Bkk airport. Metered charge was 460 baht. Journey was abt 1 hr 30 mins. Room : We booked a family room for 4 pax and it comes with 4 breakfast. Super worth it. Room was spacious with 2 queen size beds. There is also sofa and coffee table which we used for supper. Though dated but sleeps comfortably. Pros : Location was very convenient as we planned to go shopping at Platinum mall, which was just directly across. Cons : The water pressure was weak so it took a long time to fill up the bathtub. Cost : 100+ per night for 4 pax Rating : 3.8/5. #meetbangkok

#favouriteitinerary Usually I will visit Bangkok for a short trip .It would be a four days three night trip. We will usually take the 1125am flight and land then just in time to check in. The Berkeley pratunam hotel has a spacious room at their luxury tower. Their luxury room is ideal for those who like to have a bathtub room. The hotel location is great as we can walk to the nearby mall. On day 1 we will spend our time around the pratunam and platinum mall area. During the night time we will visit the yaowarat area. On day 2, usually it would be a Saturday, and we will visit the chatuchak weekend market at noon. We will walk around the JJ mall too. During day 3, we will go on a day tour towards the floating market. And on day 4, we will fly back to Singapore during the noon time.

They have 2 pools, a gym, spa, nail salon on the 11th floor, play area/kids area, sun tanning beds by the pool. 💯 Highlights - The highlight for us was the central location of the hotel within walking distance to all the major malls, Platinum fashion mall, central world, Siam malls etc. We had a lot of options to choose from for shopping, eating, & it was within 5km by car to the riverside and the other main attractions. The ride to and from the airport was a breeze because of the express ways so we didn’t get caught in any traffic. Avg. Price per person - buffet breakfast is 450 baht per person for my husband and I.
