Arrival and Check-in We arrived at the hotel on Saturday afternoon and were very impressed at first sight. The hotel has a magnificent exterior and a spacious and bright lobby, full of a modern and classical aesthetic. The front desk staff warmly welcomed us and quickly checked us in. As we are Diamond members, we were upgraded to a higher room category. We were assigned a room on a high floor with a panoramic view of Novi. Upon entering the room, we found the interior decor elegant, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom clean and tidy. Every detail reflected the hotel's care for its guests. Facilities and Services The hotel has excellent facilities, including a large fitness center, an indoor pool, and a business center. The fitness center is well-equipped and met my exercise needs. The indoor pool is very clean, and the water temperature is just right, making it a great place to relax. In addition, the hotel offers 24-hour room service. We ordered breakfast and dinner several times, and the food quality and delivery speed were satisfactory. The hotel's free Wi-Fi is also worth mentioning, as it has a strong signal and wide coverage, allowing me to handle work matters easily while traveling. Dining Experience We dined at the hotel restaurant several times, and the overall experience was excellent. The restaurant has an elegant environment and friendly service. The breakfast is varied, with everything from fresh fruit to hot dishes, and the freshly made omelets and waffles are especially delicious. One night, we also tried the hotel's specialty restaurant, and the exquisite and delicious dishes left us wanting more. Leisure and Entertainment In addition to basic accommodation and dining services, the hotel also offers some leisure and entertainment facilities. We visited several attractions near the hotel, such as the Novi Town Center shopping mall, which has many shops and restaurants to explore. In addition, there are some parks and natural attractions around the hotel, which are great for walking and relaxing. Check-out and Overall Experience On Monday morning, we checked out. The whole process was very smooth, and the front desk staff once again showed their enthusiasm and professionalism. They also asked about our stay and invited us to come back next time.
