When you enter the pool, it feels like stepping into a tropical forest. Although there are some leaves in the water, you can often see staff cleaning them. The hotel itself is quite large and built on a hillside, offering various types of rooms. The highest ones are hillside cottages, accessible by cable car, giving a unique experience. Another type is the lakeside rooms with direct pool access. There's also the beachfront cottages, where you can walk just 10 meters from your room to a private beach. At night, the place comes alive. The hotel has a poolside bar with live singers to enhance the atmosphere. There's also a romantic dinner setup on the beach, allowing you to enjoy a delicious meal with your loved one right by the sea! This hotel gave me so many surprises! Thavorn is an Idilic resort opened up by a prominent local family and nestled away in the hilltops overlooking its bay. The beach is amazing and hard to get to if your not staying over at the resort which is quite affordable but luxurious. Like Patong it has a sandy beach but unlike Patong it has 1 percent of the people. If you are ever planning to book a vacation definitely check out Thavorn. They are very eco conscious and try to preserve the wildlife and marine biology of the bay. Picking up the flowers that had fallen to the ground and pinning them in my hair, the holiday vibe hit me instantly. 🐚The resort's beach is especially clean, the sand is a bit coarse but acceptable. During the day, you can sunbathe by the sea, and when the tide goes out, many tourists go to the rocks to catch sea creatures, which looks like a lot of fun. 🐷Every day from 11:00-12:00 in the morning and 16:00-17:00 in the afternoon, there is a mini zoo free for guests to visit.
